Machadorp is no oil painting, but a good stopover enroute to/from Kruger. Grey's Inn was secure and comfortable and you couldn't wish for more considerate hosts. Top marks and many thanks Ged and Mike

This guest house has the standard of a hotel. Impeccable room, spacious, well equipped and very central. Travelling for work can be very tedious but this guest house is perfect. I felt right at home, comfortable and there was a great space in the back yard for a swim and chill. I'l definitely stay again when Im in Nelspruit next.

I stayed at Rio Dos Elephantes with 4 adults and 10 children. there was obviously plenty in the region to do being right next to Kruger Np but there was also plenty to keep us occupied at the camp. the sleeping facilities were large and comfortable, the Braai area was well appointed, the staff were all lovely, polite and helpful. there was lenty if wildlife visible from tue camp being right on the river and the guided tour was well worth the early morning as we saw a black Rhino and a Lion (there were elephants, hippos and giraffes galore. I would highly recommend Rio Dos Elwphantes to both family groups or couples as a fantastic and unique getaway.

The Ashbourne Country Escape is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The view of the surrounding landscape at sunset, the entire grounds and the cottages themselves are just fantastic. Staying here made our visit to Kruger such a special experience. Rob and his team are fantastic hosts and cater to just about every need. We can only recommend staying here.

Joey was very responsive and attentive to our requests or questions. While the lodge itself is massive, this particular unit (no. 277) is very conveniently situated at the back of the reception, and thus the restaurant, surrounded by many impalas, kudus coming to drink at the nearby lake.

Beautiful lodge with its own pool which was a blessing during the heat and with having our granddaughter with us,, Had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and relax at the lodge.

Very comfortable, clean and perfect for a quick trip to Nelspruit, will definitely return!

This was an amazing stay and my family and I will cherish some amazing memories from here. Jacques and Jolande are excellent hosts. They were very welcoming, extremely helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations to check out. They even made necessary arrangements like adding a single bed in our room for our kids upon request. Jolande also booked us for a safari in Pridelands (Greater Kruger). The safari guide came and fetched us from our lodge and dropped us back. This was an incredible experience. We got to see some amazing wildlife. The lodge was clean and as described. It’s very safe. It’s inside a wildlife estate and we were visited by nyalas, hornbills, bushbabies and other fauna. I had some amazing, scenic jogs with the wildlife on the estate. Can’t wait to come back again. Great place for kids too. There are some excellent restaurants just outside the estate as well. All attractions and experiences are just a short drive away. Highly recommended ❤️.

Amazing accommodation. We definitely recommend opting for the breakfast and dinner, food is amazing!! Take a pair of tekkies, they have amazing hiking trails with waterfalls. Definitely recommend. Note: I recommend activating maps long before as there are no signal in the mountains on the way there. Also the pin on airbnb took us to a remote location and was far off. Rather google the lodge and use that location. We will def go again.

Loved everything about the place. Just as the pictures, maybe even better. The staff is even better, the manager Michael, Dina and Eloise were amazing The food was great, shout out to the kitchen staff The only issue I had was the not cleaning of the rooms on weekends, please look into that, very disappointing Besides that, would definitely recommend the place &hopefully the road will have been fixed next time I revisit the place.

My family and I loved our stay with Dalena and the family. Even though we were in the same house, we barely noticed them there. They were welcoming, quiet and made us feel comfortable and right at home. The home has a very old school, vintage feel which I loved but some might not. The real winner though is the outside area. The estate is absolutely amazing. It was a bit dusty and stuffy, especially for those of us with sinuses, but nothing unbearable. Overall an amazing stay❤️🌻
