Amazing AirBNB. Extremely spacious and super cozy. The town it is in is very quiet and peaceful, yet there is so much to do in it and its surroundings. Yoshi was a great host and helped us with everything. Would stay here again!!

It is hard to describe the uniqueness and perfection of this home and we will definitely be back in different seasons.It is also recommended to stay here for a trip to Shikoku.

If you want an authentic experience of living in a Japanese house and don't mind the retro feel, this is the place. It's a beautiful place full of little details that make the stay a joy. Everything that we needed was provided and the owner was very friendly and polite. The communication was also great and there were no problems at all during our stay. Oh and the dog (forgot to ask for its name) was sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Yamashita-san's place.

This is the most amazing place I've ever stayed, it was such a beautiful and well thought out home, every detail was curated and the design & architecture of the home is unmatched! Such an amazing view and so many small touches that made us feel like we were in a luxury resort! Amazing home in an incredible location I hope I can stay here again someday!

When I headed to the rest stop in the Airbnb app chat, the host picked me up all the way, and I was able to check in smoothly. The room was spacious, clean, and I felt at home like my grandparents in the countryside. The people on the island asked me about it, and I had a very relaxing stay.I'll definitely be back again.

This place was awesome and even though I was a solo traveller I used all the rooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals (even proper knives) and the bathroom/ shower was spacious and clean. Ryoko was a terrific host. She was able to answer all my questions and was so helpful in every way. This was the best value place I think I have ever stayed in, across 3 countries. If you do not cope well with steep stairs (about 10, I think) then you won't like this place. My legs got a good workout using them. Great views from the top floor. Many thanks.

We only had one night, but it’s a great little spot right on the harbor. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but we found a bbq place that was very authentic. It’s a little hard to find, but once we found it, everything worked out well. We had done the bike ride on the Shimanami Kaido. And it was convenient for that experience.

Such nice people, the place is beautiful and old, so traditional, the beach is just a 30 sec walk away and so private, loved to have stayed for longer.

I was extremely happy with this apartment. The location was great. From Kochi Station it was only a ten minute walk. Within two minutes walking there were many bars and some restaurants. It was only a four minute walk to get to the main Shotengai shopping street. I was also very happy with how much space this apartment had. It was the biggest of all my other Airbnb's in Japan. Felt very spacious. the building is a little older (80s or 90s) but it was clean and no issues. I would definitely rent this place again. The only thing I think the manager should add is a box of Kleenex tissue. not a big deal though. I am very happy with this find...and enjoyed the stay.

The room was beautiful, and the rooftop space was fun.Next, I want to enjoy it on a sunny day. I wish there had been a note that there was no toothbrush as an amenity, and it was a little disappointing that there were drinks in the refrigerator that seemed to be from the previous guest.Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Very clean, bright unit downtown. Close enough to walk to the impressive Matsuyama Castle and the Okaido shopping street (which includes a great Food Hall) plus convenient access to city trams to reach other sights such as Dogo Onsen. Comfortable beds, good towels and linens. As a host Kentaro was very responsive to any communications in English, which we appreciated. The kitchen is basic but serviceable for light meals and straightforward food preparation. The size of the unit does not allow for a dining table, but there is a very comfortable large couch and coffee table which served well for breakfast and which is the better choice for the space. Both sleeping rooms connect directly to kitchen/living area, making them private. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chairs. The bathroom, toilet and sink areas were very clean. We did not use the washing machine. Overall a great stay.

The house is located within 500 meters of the subway station. You can get to Matsuyama Station in 10 minutes by car. Although it is about two kilometers from the Avenue Street, it is still very convenient because Matsuyama as a whole is not large. It is worth mentioning that the room equipment and cleanliness are very satisfactory. It is also relatively spacious. The sunshine is very good in the morning, and it is very pleasant to spend two days in the cherry blossom season!

It was a new and clean inn.Excellent access to tourist destinations, and there are no problems with nearby restaurants.You can definitely stay here. There is also a coupon for free to nearby hot springs, and the service is good. The price is high, the floor is very cold, the air is dry but there is no easy humidifier, and there are no complaints except for the three points.

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to Kochi Castle and Hirome Market

I stayed with a group of 4 people. Staying in 4 rooms at a business hotel in the city would be quite expensive, but we were able to stay at this inn for a reasonable price. The living room was clean and spacious.We were able to relax and the conversation flowed. It was also nice to have a shrine in front of the inn.I felt very refreshed when I visited in the early morning. I had a fun trip to Kochi.Thank you ^_^

It was also a short walk from Harimaya Bridge, and the parking lot next door was also helpful.The room is ridiculously spacious and does not have cheap furniture or decor.The bed, kitchen, washroom, and bathroom were also clean.We asked you to change the number of guests at the last minute, but it was only a phone call away.There are 6 beds and the price is reasonable, so I don't think you can hardly find a better quality property with the airbies!

The location is very good because it is within walking distance of Kochi Station, restaurants, markets, and tourist attractions. We went by private car, there was plenty of paid parking nearby, and the Anpanman Museum was about a 45-minute drive away, and we had a pleasant stay. I was able to enter the hot spring at the inn about 10 minutes on foot for free, and the open-air bath was great, thank you very much. The interior was spacious and beautiful, had everything we needed, and was safe for two toddlers, and we had a comfortable and comfortable stay during our two-night and three-day stay. Check-in and checkout were surprisingly smooth, and the guidance was easy to understand, and there was no trouble. It was a fun trip to Kochi. Thank you very much.

Smack in the middle of the city centre, plenty of shopping on walking distance, clean apartment and good shower.
