I feel good because I stayed in Matsuyama with a very good price and good facilities. The host is also very friendly and always responds quickly. It's equipped with a washing machine and cooking facilities, so it's a great place for long-term stays with family and friends. There are two convenience stores right in front, lots of parking lots nearby, and the price is affordable, so I think it's a good choice to rent a car. It's very clean and quiet, so this is also very nice. Okido is also within walking distance, so you can drink until late and walk back. For those who like running, it would be great to go out early in the morning and go around the house and go to Matsuyama Castle.

It is also conveniently located near Kochi Station and Hirome Market. The water area was clean, and it was helpful to have a washer and dryer.I was able to relax in both the living room and the bedroom.

Just as in the photos. Quiet, well placed, nothing to repeat. I had a lovely 4 nights there.

Great place to stay. You'll find everything you could ever need. Perfectly clean, great shower, comfortable bed, TV and beamer for entertainment. The rental bike provided is perfect for exploring the beautiful nature in the surrounding mountains. Yayoi is the perfect host, super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommended for Korean travelers! I boarded Jeju Airlines at 7 am and asked for an early check-in because I had no place to store my luggage until check-in, and they gladly did it for free! Above all, I loved the location. There is a famous bagel shop nearby, and above all, Matsuyama Castle is nearby, so it was good for a walk and it was good to move around. The cleanliness was also very good, and I felt that they cared about the little things. There are many hidden charms in Matsuyama, so I'm going to revisit with my grandmother next time, and I think I'll definitely choose this accommodation. I was so satisfied!

It wasn't enough for a family of five to stay. It's a walking distance from Okiido Street, and there's a 7-Eleven right next to it, so I went there comfortably.Netflix. So. The kids had fun every night. I recommend it as an accommodation in Matsuyama. ^^

The Japanese hotel is not big in the room, so there are small places where you can't even open the luggage, but the accommodation was very spacious and pleasant, so it was very comfortable during my stay. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked for luggage storage, and they were willing to give me permission, so I was able to travel comfortably from the first day. The accommodation was on the third floor, but the host helped me move my luggage, so I moved my luggage easily. It is a short walk from Okaido Station, but the way to and from the accommodation was a shopping street in Okaido, so it was easy enough to walk around. It was close to the station, close to a major supermarket, and many restaurants within a short walk, which was helpful.It was written that the washer and dryer you were concerned about was poorly dried, but if it was not a thick one, I wouldn't have any particular concerns if I had time. I started washing the laundry the night before and it often felt dry in the morning. It was nice to have a relaxing time, I'd love to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay in Kure. It was more spacious than expected, really clean, and a central location to everything we needed (train, restaurants, and combinis). Our host left us easy to use manuals (that included pictures and videos) on how to find the rental and use the appliances. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a scenic location away from the main central city. It was the perfect quaint getaway. I will also add for anyone who is considering this 5⭐️ location, that there is no elevator for this rental. But there is not a lot of stairs you need to climb either.

I’ve stayed at Kondou’s place several times over the years as the location and price is perfect for me. This is not a luxury apartment, so don’t expect too much, this is definitely no frills accommodation. If however you want a clean affordable place to stay near the city centre, this is ideal.
