Our stay with Marie and François in Ménerbes was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed. The property itself is beautifully rustic, with an understated charm that reflects its authenticity. The apartment, housed within the stone walls of a 12th-century structure, offered a unique experience, particularly for those with an appreciation for history. We were especially delighted by the presence of the resident cats in the garden, which added a warm and homely touch to the idyllic atmosphere. Dinner was of outstanding quality, and the breakfast, though light, was well suited to the setting and our expectations. We would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking peace, character, and a genuine connection with the Provençal way of life.

Claude’s home was the perfect place for our family week in the South of France, close enough to walk to the village or 18min drive into a bigger city. Peaceful, very private and beautiful grounds. The home was set up very well for our family and 1 year old baby. All amenities were put to use but, especially the pool and yard. AC works AMAZING and kitchen was great to cook in. Overall a rustic dream for our time. The hosts were very flexible with every ask or need we had. Thank you Claude, Marie and Marceau. We cannot wait to be back!

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!

First, if you are staying in Aix en Provence, do not hesitate to stay at Brice’s apartment. The apartment was just perfect! The location was literally a five minute walk to the city center. We have experienced many excellent Airbnb accommodations and Brice was one of the premier hosts. He truly made us feel welcome with a variety of welcome offerings and even an au revoir surprise. We would definitely book again as well as recommend to our friends!

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent séjour au calme. Jean a été très réactif. Petit appartement très bien conçu et organisé pour le rangement. Partie extérieure couverte au top avec coin repas, chaises longues. Cour ombragée. Que des points positifs pour cet appartement et son hôte.

we loved our stay here! Carine was very responsive when we needed a place last minute. when we arrived she was welcoming & helped with recommendations. the place was exactly as listed & it was peaceful/private. i would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Logement parfait pour 2 personnes avec petit extérieur. Extrêmement tranquille et tempéré malgré les grosses chaleurs de cette fin mai. Rien à faire directement à proximité à pied mais parfait pour rayonner. L'hôte a été très réactif. Je recommande !

Le logement proposé est très propre et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont grandes et le séjour/salle à manger spacieux et très clairs. Je recommande cette location. La propriétaire est très a l'écoute et disponible.

5 mins to the beach. It’s a very nice spot to sit by the water and enjoy. Host was there to greet us, walk us up and show the apartment.

Admirer un coucher de soleil magnifique depuis la terrasse qui donne sur un étang, une belle vue et un calme extradordinaire, voilà ce que je garde en tête de mon petit séjour dans ce bel appartement bien équipé et bien fonctionnel. Arrivés à 2h du matin avec deux enfants en bas âge, le livret d'accueil transmis par Alfred avant l'arrivée m'a bien rassurée quand à l'organisation. Le lit bébé déjà préparé, l'appartement qui contient tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner en famille et surtout le calme m'ont bien donné raison d'avoir choisi ce logement pour mon séjour plutôt que d'aller à l'hôtel. Alfred est très réactif et bien accueillant. Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un logement propre, calme et confortable, bien situé à 15 min à pied de la Rotonde. Les bus passent devant la résidence. L'accueil de Claude et Monique est remarquable. Merci beaucoup pour les petites attentions et la générosité. Nous avons été très très gâtées. Nous conseillons à 100 % cet hébergement.

Damien was an AMAZING host! We had a funny emergency with the washing machine that resulted in him buying a new one for us during our stay. He was so fast to act and was just an incredible host. This is a great apartment if you have a car whilst in Aix, the underground private space is perfect. We enjoyed using the pool too! Thank you so much Damien
