It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

very pleasant holiday in Sarlat. the accommodation is well thought out, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and the large garden despite cool temperatures. our children loved finding books and swinging. Sylvie is very responsive. i recommend it.

Great place, great location. Would recommend to others. A group of my friends stayed here for my wedding and had a lovely time. There was a small issue with them leaving without fully disposing of all their left over food in the fridges and putting out the bins (because they had a 7am flight and small children with them so didn’t do as thorough a clean as they should have) but Nathalie helped resolve this, and we paid extra for the extra bit of cleaning involved.

Chantal is very welcoming as well as her husband!! Only small downside, poor TV reception and wifi not easy!! Very beautiful region, beautiful sites to visit and quiet accommodation

Our week-long stay went extremely well. The accommodation is as described, it is possible to eat outside, which is very pleasant with the good weather. The bedding is impeccable, beautiful discoveries nearby and beautiful hikes for all levels. Nicole and her husband are very welcoming, both present if needed while remaining discreet. We recommend this place, there were two of us but for a family of 5 it's perfect. Looking forward to coming back. Agnes and Christmas.

Nice accommodation, very clean, functional, very well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. The large garden is a real asset. It is very well located for visiting the area. Communication with Susan is very easy. I recommend this rental!!

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

beautiful cottage, prope, very pleasant in a very very peaceful and relaxing setting. Caroline the host is accommodating and very welcoming. I highly recommend seeing what she offers you in terms of poultry. We took him a chicken to cook , he was divinely good. We'll be back soon.

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Very good welcome from Michel in the hut where we can have a refreshment or an aperitif (children's games available right next door) The accommodation met all our expectations (very pleasant jacuzzi after a day of visiting) Michel is available for all information, it is also very good in the kitchen (delicious Perigord meal in the hut) Thanks also to Fabienne for organizing the horseback ride. To be repeated without hesitation!

Excellent stay in this beautiful and quiet house. The house has all the necessary equipment including for a small child (bar bed, high chair, outdoor games). We were able to enjoy the garden and the barbecue while enjoying the quiet of the environment. Joëlle and her husband are also very friendly. Perfect home for a family or to meet with friends.
