For your mental well-being, there is deliberately NO TV. In a maximum of 25 minutes you can reach Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Mindelheim, Bad Wörishofen. Cities like Füssen, Nesselwang, Pfronten, Immenstadt etc. are only 40 - 50 minutes away.

In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can reach the balcony to the east. The large bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink, the toilet is separate.
