Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The Hygge is a cozy apartment on the newly renovated, bright upper ground floor of a listed old building with high ceilings and stucco for 4 adults. The Scandinavian furnished apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Weststadt, characterized by Gründerzeit buildings, in a quiet street. A beautiful home on 60 square meters for business travelers, or for the city trip, available for up to 4 adults. Children are also welcome!

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation in the heart of Karlsruhe. It offers an open-plan living/dining area with kitchen and adjoining terrace with garden area. This is also accessible via the bedroom. The apartment also has a walk-in closet and walk-in shower. An additional guest toilet is also included. There is limited parking available on site, but free parking is available in Reinhold-Frank-Straße

Our apartment is nestled in the old town center of Leopoldshafen with a beautiful view to the south. Karlsruhe is easy to reach by tram. In summer, you can relax and refresh yourself after sightseeing or working in the nearby lake. The apartment is a spacious, bright 1-room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. You sleep on a gallery with a view to the south. A small sofa bed is available for a third person.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached modern house. Free, secure parking in the cul-de-sac. S-Bahn station and service center, Netto market with bakery, pizzeria and pharmacy is only about 150 m away. The quiet, direct forest location is an ideal starting point for jogging or for bike tours through the Hardtwald, the green lung of Karlsruhe. A lockable bicycle room can be provided on request.

Ein mitgebrachtes Fahrrad kann gerne in unserer Garage sicher abgestellt werden. Netflix & Amazon Prime sind im Fernseher freigeschaltet.
