"Montagne & Prestige" is a charming cottage (8 people) located in Font-Romeu Odeillo, in the heart of the old village of Font-Romeu, benefiting from mountainous areas and nearby activities (skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking, climbing, natural hot water baths...). The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

This charming accommodation is new, cozy and very well equipped; it is a lower house, with garden and terrace, in a cul-de-sac subdivision, family and quiet, parking spaces just in front of the house; with an area of 52 m2, it is suitable for families of up to 4 people (if necessary, baby equipment). Accommodation 5 min from Font-Romeu, 10 min from the slopes, 2 min from supermarkets. HOUSE LINENS ARE OPTIONAL, FOR RENT. For the use of the washing machine, a contribution is requested.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Quiet environment, 20 min walk to amenities. Attention: Linens and linens not provided! Cushions (60x60) and blankets provided. Respect and mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay. An additional fee will be charged if the cleaning is not done. Nous vivons dans la maison au-dessus mais l'appartement dispose d'une entrée indépendante et d'un jardin privatif. L'appartement n'est pas adapté pour plus de 2 personnes, les réservations faites avec jeune enfant ou bébé en plus seront annulées.
