The host is very friendly and friendly.On the first morning of our arrival, because the luggage was not small, it was inconvenient to carry it to the scheduled trip. After asking the host, the host was willing to let us check in early and place the luggage, which was a great help to us. Next time if there is a group trip with friends, I will refer to and choose this room again!

Quiet neighborhood! Great space:)

Great little place, very clean and modern and incredibly accessible from the local train station. The host also has a number of helpful guides for check in and general living in the apartment, which really did cover every question I could have. I can only say I'm sad I only stayed for one night, I would not have minded had it been even a week stay.

Shinkoiwa is very convenient place to stay, if you want go sightseeing. It’s very easy to access to go very popular spots. The place is very close from the station as she explains. it was fantastic! We enjoyed staying at their place. Just for sleeping, it’s good enough space for three. Though, if there’s a little more space for the kitchen or eating place would be perfect. The owner is a very helpful, understanding and friendly. It’s very nice to have a quick response. We enjoyed staying their place for 4 days.

Convenient transportation, very comfortable, very clean, especially recommended

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay here. The location was absolutely ideal—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk from the nearest exit of Rokucho Station. It made getting around so convenient and we also loved having several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The check-in process was seamless. All the instructions were clearly provided in advance, so we had no issues accessing the unit at all. The apartment itself was spotless—immaculately clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Everything was perfect—from the peaceful surroundings to the cleanliness and convenience. We’d definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The accommodation had everything we needed and was clean. It's a 10 minute walk from the nearest station in a quiet area. You have lots of restaurants, combinis and other shops around. By train you can reach most popular places fast and easy. Ther was nothing to complain about.

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Had a very nice stay. The apartment is smart and practically furnished, with an eye for detail. Everything was clearly explained in English, from appliances to amenities, which immediately familiarized it. The bed was lovely, the space bright and quiet, and the combination washer/dryer worked great — definitely convenient for a longer stay. The location is perfect: 3 min walk from Makuhari Station, in a quiet neighborhood but with shops and coffee within walking distance. Yuki was super friendly, quick to respond and provided clear directions. You immediately feel welcome. 🙏🏼 Recommended for those who want to travel east via Makuhari to Tokyo, Chiba or more. It was a perfect base for me to get everywhere by train from there.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

We like staying near Oshiage station when visiting Tokyo. This place was perfect for our needs! Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay near NRT airport and not so far from the city. Value for money as the place is spacious for 3-5 to stay. Amenities are great and the accommodation guidebook is helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet but there’s a supermarket and 7-11 nearby which makes the night full of food. Host responses fast and is friendly. Recommend to stay here and thanks for having us.

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also very complete, the host is very nice, can store luggage.

the accommodation was perfect, as described, apart from the bed being quite hard, I highly recommend this accommodation. it is really easy to get to the different neighborhoods of Tokyo such as Shinjuku and Shibuya via the two metro stations a maximum of 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. the host was more than responsive and was able to help us when necessary.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with a view of Tokyo's Sky tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host is very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!
