The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer halben Stunde fußläufig bzw 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußweg führt am Inn entlang und ist gut mit Rädern zu befahren. Familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, Kunst und Kultur gibts im ganzen Chiemgau.. Wer eine sehr besondere Unterkunft sucht und Sinn für den Charme alter Dinge hat wird sich bei uns wohlfühlen.

Cozy bright apartment for 2 to max. 4 people. Well suited for longer stays, or day trips. The fully equipped 40 m² apartment is located in one of the oldest villages in Upper Bavaria. Here the church bells ring, the rooster crows, tractors and cars are on the way and sometimes also the "good country air." Charming wooden log cabin near Wasserburg's old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, a kettle and a fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and electric boiler (30l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. There is a fee of 20 euros per use. Smoking is allowed outside in front of the cabin.

The apartment in the Brei-Haus is located in a beautiful residential area and is the ideal starting point to explore Wasserburg and its surroundings! After a walk of about a quarter of an hour you are right outside the gates of the old town. If you want it more comfortable, you can also take the city bus directly to Marienplatz. Also the "Bavarian Adriatic" is not far away, it is less than 500 meters on foot to Badria.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth.
