Très bon logement, avec des équipements de qualité et de nombreux produits mis à disposition. Logement facile d’accès par les transports en commun. Hôte très réactif par message et avec de bonnes recommandations. Petit point d’amélioration : les fenêtres ne disposent pas de vrais rideaux occultants, ce qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin (lever du soleil avant 6h00 du matin pendant notre séjour).

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John's place was awesome to explore our first time in Baltimore. Excellent recommendations on places to eat and convenient to park and inner harbor. Will definitely book again if in the area.

I came back just a few days later because I could not stop thinking about this place. The gas fireplace once again created the perfect cozy environment after long workdays. The unit is not only beautiful but also perfectly equipped for an extended stay. Everything I needed to feel settled and focused was already there. The hosts were just as wonderful the second time. Still one of my favorite stays in DC.

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

Joyce is a one in a million host, but more importantly, a one in a trillion person... I'm beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to meet her and Nicole. Thank you Joyce for welcoming me with open arms and making my stay in Annapolis an unforgettable experience. Already looking forward to when our paths cross again. This air b&b is in a beautiful setting with plenty to do (kayaking, hot tub, fire pits, bird watching, etc). It's also very centrally located so we could easily get to more populated areas in no time. The most stunning part of the house is the master suite in my opinion which is on the upper level (the upper level is shared with another apartment, but you don't really hear the air b&b tenants of this suite and it's completely separate with a separate entrance). Stunning views from both the master bedroom and the bath tub in the master suite! The downstairs is also quite lovely with two regular bedrooms, one small bedroom, and a sun room that has a pull out couch (we didn't use it). It's a lovely house to entertain in. It has personal photographs to the owner downstairs that speak to the family's history. The owner is communicative. The overall experience was quite lovely. We'd be happy to return.

The house is absolutely wonderful. The park and beach are just across the street which was perfect for the kids to play at throughout the day. No mosquitos in late-April! There is a surprising amount of space. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious and the kids’ bedroom is perfect for young families.

Ruby on the bay lives up to its name. Such beautiful surroundings - loved being on the deck hearing the wind in the pines. I was grateful to unplug! Excellent size for my sister, me and our fur bosses. Could have comfortably fit 2 - 3 more adults. Nikki was instantly responsive & informative. I would love to return.

The house was exactly as described, and as shown in the pictures. Very easy to live in, very clean, and in a nice and peaceful area. Special mention to Melissa’s responsiveness to any question I had.

THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST! Nina was so kind and threw in a few decorations because it was my wedding day which was so incredibly sweet. Everything was clean and ready to use and the house is a great space. Nina was so so quick to respond. I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

What a lovely little spot on the water! The views are phenomenal! We loved the location, the beds were comfortable and the ample bathrooms. The furniture was clean and new and we could set the air conditioning to our liking. We used the crab pots which was fun even though we didn’t get any, and there were the kayaks, paddle boards and such readily available but the weather wasn’t conducive. It was a quiet neighborhood that was safe and relaxing.

Jon is a fastidious and generous host. Unlike many Airbnbs, this is the home that Jon lives in, and he's clearly someone with tremendous pride and joy. Every detail from the landscaping to the furnishings to the little details of making our stay feel cozy were perfect. As other reviewers have noted, the location is fantastically convenient. We also brought our binoculars, which came in handy for the variety of birds attracted to the old, large backyard trees. If you are into birding, only 7 minutes away is the amazing Smithsonian Environmental Center, which has great walking trails through the woods and some pretty spectacular waterfront views! We would most definitely stay here again!!

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Teresa’s house was 10 out of 10. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Very clean with everything we needed. The view was spectacular!!!! We absolutely loved everything especially the bald eagle that flew by on our last morning. I highly highly recommend staying here and next time we make the trip up there from Texas it will be scheduled based on the availability of Teresa’s house. Thank you for being a great host!!

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time once again staying here. It is just steps from the main gate of USNA and the downtown activities and restaurants. Caite was also responsive and very flexible with us and our needs.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

This listing is just as good as advertised, with a convenient location close to popular spots throughout the DMV area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated the free on-site parking. The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with modern gadgets that made the stay even more comfortable.
