BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Private, tranquil stay that's still accessible to New Smyrna, Sanford, Deland, and more. The home was spotless, it was equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and property were well-maintained. Barbara's listing served as a perfect retreat for our trip to attend a family wedding. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our families with little kids and the location was equally as good. Easy to get wherever we needed to go and very walkable to Flagler Ave.

Leah was a great host and very responsive. The house was great for me and my family while traveling for work. Awesome location in great neighborhood. I felt safe for my family while at work during the day. The pool area was great and the accommodations were suitable for our family. My 3 children had a blast and they had enough room to space out when necessary. Thanks Leah again for our stay and being a great host.

In town for a baseball tournament. Location to the fields was great — less than a 10 minute drive! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the field. We appreciated the grill and used it to make some hamburgers and hot dogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

This is by far the nicest AIRBNB I have stayed in. Bring your clothes. That is all you will need! Melanie and Thor thought of everything you could ever need for a few nights or a few weeks. The apartment was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. We got to meet Thor and Melanie and they are great and every recommendation they made was perfect. New Smryna Beach is a lovely beach town and I hope we can come back to visit and we will definitely want to stay in #309!

It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and right on the beach!! Just far enough back not be bothered with traffic on the beach. Also, there were other tenants in the building, some with little ones, and we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors. Great place for rest and relaxing!

We had an amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach at The Angel Inn. The location of this place is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach and a short walk to Flanger Avenue. Whether we were enjoying sunrise views or relaxing in the afternoon sun, the stay was perfect every single day. The area was quiet but close to great restaurants and shops too. THE GARLIC is a must!!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the ocean.

Nice place, affordable and very clean. Make sure to read the rule book on check in. Owners live on second floor, so are very responsive.

It was great staying here— nice and quiet place in a very clean and cozy cabin! Abner and his family were very friendly and went over the top to welcome us to their home!

My partner and I stayed in the cabin for 2 months and had no problem during the stay. You can enjoying the coffee and watch the pond. There’s a cute family of ducks that walking around the site. The experience at the cabin was amazing!

We had a fabulous stay at the farm. The setting was private and serene and the home itself was comfortable and extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Wow! Cabin was amazing! Had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Everyone there at the camp site was so nice! Was able to dock my boat on the water 30 ft. from the cabin. East to load and unload everyday. They have their own store with live bait. Everything you would need. If you love inlet fishing or canoeing with the manatees in the mangroves I recommend you to have a stay!

A beautiful hidden gem tucked away near Blue Springs State Park. We enjoyed being on the water, listening to.the extensive record collection, viewing all the wildlife and simply relaxing on the deck and the dock. The views are amazing from the living space and it was nice to have a screened porch option for most of our meals. We can't wait to return!

This place was so cute and comfy! My boyfriend and I spent 6 weeks and wish we didn’t have to leave! So peaceful, surrounded by huge trees, peacocks in the front yard, and a million places to eat nearby. I worked in Orlando and it was only a 25 minute commute.

Well worth the price. Beautiful quiet place. Pool was nice to have. Very responsive and helpful since we are from out of town. Would definitely stay here again next time in town.
