Our city without words, this is the third time I have been to the house at Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention that I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, who is not going to regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. Thanks again Marcos and Thiago for once again making my family stay exceptional.

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

The condominium is beautiful and the employees are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. An impeccable decoration, very clean and very beautiful, we love and certainly indicate. The hostess is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

My Daughter (3 years), my wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. We are very pleased with the apartment. We found the apartment the way we had seen in the pictures. Apartamente was super well equipped and we found many useful things for the stay on the beach. The instructions given for check-in and check-out were very clear. Communication with Elicia/Erick was fast, friendly and sociable. The communication and help of Elias (Zelador) and Simone during our stay however was super convenient and pleasant. The location of the condominium - during the week - was very quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well taken care of, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! The host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact. We passed Easter and loved the apt. Spacious, cozy and in very good taste. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We really like the Jeep that took us and brought us from the beach. My stay at Daniel's apartment in Santos, SP, was simply amazing! The space is very well equipped and clean, providing all the comfort that my family and I expected. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several amenities, the view is fantastic. Daniel was a kind and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. He really cares about the guest experience, which made all the difference. It certainly exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in Santos- Ponta da Praia!
