Value for money situated in an upmarket neighborhood. The proximity to the lovely lake district and Swan River as well as easy access to public transport was a bonus. Lisa was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the cleanliness of the facility.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place! He was incredibly friendly and gave us such a warm welcome. We even got to try his delicious canelés – such a treat! The room was lovely and very private, and we really appreciated the good conversations. Having a parking spot in the carport was super convenient, and his sweet cat Zora made everything even more charming. All in all, a beautiful stay and a great time – thank you, Vincent!

We had a memorable stay with Susanne & Roger + their extended fambam, an extremely irresistible labrador called Huxley. Bayswater is a charming community with its vibrant coffee culture , a mix of amenities like local shops & restaurants + access to a vibrant nightlife of the nearby CBD. The accommodation offered a combination of favourable factors Eg. location, comfort & value for money. It should meet most of your specific needs, whether prioritizing a quiet retreat, proximity to attractions, or a lively atmosphere. It's got it all! Then there was comfort & cleanliness which was utmost to us: comfortable beds & pillows, clean linen, fluffy towels and a well-maintained space - very essential for a good night's sleep + overall enjoyment. The amenities offered, such as Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen facilities, laundry also aligned with our needs. The highlight of our stay was Sue & Roger's generosity, which truly surpassed our expectation & ofcourse their adorable labrador Huxley!

The room and bathroom were exactly as described and spotlessly clean! Probably the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in and the bed was really comfortable. The location is close to the airport and easier if you have a car, but I still found it totally doable with an uber from the train station. Great value for money and Lucifer the dog was so cute!
