Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

Excellent stay despite a small setback beyond the host's control! I was only able to stay one day due to an unforeseen event on my side, but I want to point out how extremely friendly and understanding the host was. He gave me excellent advice and was very responsive to all my requests, which is really appreciated. The apartment is very charming and perfectly matches the photos: everything is clean and functional. I would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay. I hope to have the opportunity to come back for longer next time!

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Stayed here for a week with a small group of friends. location is fantastic, just a couple minutes walk to the famous train street. Great food and coffee all around. tucked away from the really busy streets of Old Quarter. AC was a godsend with 37 degree heat outside (47 degrees with humidity). There are 4 floors total so going up and down a lot is necessary but that's just how Vietnamese buildings are designed, wasn't that much of a hassle. A little bit of noise but surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the very noisy streets outside. Tour groups came in picked us up just 50 metres up the road, in big buses despite the tight busy roads. Very convenient and well organised. Host was super responsive, gave great recommendations for food, bars and more. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for Hanoii city activities. House is very well sized for multiple guests. Host is great at suggestions, help with transport and very quick to respond.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

If you’re looking for a calm place with amazing view then this is the place for you. Only thing keep in mind is the location which is a bit far from Hanoi. Happy stay 😊

We had a wonderful weekend at the villa – everything we needed was there. The housekeeper was incredibly responsive and took care of all our requests promptly. We spent time swimming in the pool, grilling meat and enjoying every moment. The villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this place – the host replies quickly, and the housekeeper is more than hospitable. We'd love to come back!

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

We loved our stay out this beautiful location. Our hosts made is feel very comfortable. They were super helpful, carrying our suite cases from the taxi to the house, helped us save money arranging pickup form the airport and all our other transportation needs. Recommendation for the best money exchange. Bought groceries and cooked for us. Clean spacious home, great service anytime we needed it. Very responsive and respectful. We highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature.

House was well suited for our group of 7 with room to spare. Good location in the old quarter. Host was very helpful and communicative, even helped us with transports from the airport.
