The interior is very clean,neat and tidy. Dedicated thoughtful instructions. The procedure to get the unit is convenient,helpful. The balcony view is very nice, especially in the evening. Everything was more wonderful than expected for the cost.

Very positive experience) We were happy to stay and have a peaceful stay! Beautiful view, nice house and self contained peaceful check-in experience. Very convenient for traveling ! The bed is the most comfortable and right place in the house, I would change the pillows, unfortunately they are inconvenient( Otherwise a lovely stay!

Everything went smooth (communication, instructions, and in general). The appartment was easy to access, and clean. It is a bit outside of the classic neighborhoods of Hanoi, but everything is still close (just pick a Grab or whatever). The little "down" of the appartment is the noise coming from the road not far from it. For the main bedroom when you close the door, it's okay, if people have to sleep in the livingroom (second bed), not the best. But it's a big city, with a lot of circulation, so it's hard to not have this ;) Beside that everything was as stated and what we expected.

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay at Kien's apartment! His apartment was in a fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and local businesses that spoke some English. This apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and looked just like the pictures as described. During my stay, I wanted to do a load of laundry since Kien's place included a washer. Since I was unsure on which detergent to use, Kien insisted to deliver a brand new bag of detergent. I greatly appreciate this kind gesture and amazing service. I do want to kindly note to others, that this apartment is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators in this building. This wasn't an issue for me, but could be a consideration for anyone traveling with heavy luggage. All the best and thank you for the wonderful stay Kien!

Amazing place in the heart of the city. Location was amazing as everything was walkable. Nam was a great host, addressing any of our needs immediately throughout our stay. Place was very spacious and the rooftop was amazing, a great added bonus. Would stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi

Phuc is an excellent landlord with great communication skills in English. He's very responsive - when our TV broke down, he replaced it with a new one within a week. He also promptly installed a water filter upon our request. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with relatively little road traffic compared to the rest of Hanoi, and clean sidewalks. There are many cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There’s also an affordable direct VinBus service to the airport. My wife and I highly recommend staying at Phuc's place.

Trang helped us check in early, and everything in the apartment was working well. We had a great stay.

Everything was perfect, the place has everything indicated and it is the same as the photos, the host has always been available and helps you with everything. The area has good parks, supermarkets and places to eat. 100% recommended

Loved the place. It’s super cozy, spacious, and looks exactly like the photos listed. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, since our flight was late at night, we were able to store our luggage in the building’s locker after checking out, which was super convenient. If we visit Hanoi in the future, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Our host, Ha Giangs, and co-host Nguyen were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout our visit. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with easy access to key attractions, cafes, local shops, and cultural sites. It made exploring Hanoi both convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located, welcoming, and scenic place to stay in Hanoi!

Beautiful apartment located near the famous train street. The rooms were spacious and all had A/C. The view from the 8th floor was awesome. It's a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi.

Trung and Nguyen are the loveliest hosts you could ever ask for. They’re incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful, very flexible with time (curfew) and very accommodating to our needs, u can tell they are genuinely kind and want us to enjoy our stay. The place is also AMAZING, it has well-designed interior and thoughtful touches. There's a big TV, big window with a shade giving you a nice view of the street but also enough privacy when needed — the whole space is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is also perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, but in a nicer and quieter neighborhood (some parts of the Old Quarter are too busy and chaotic, but not this one). As a surrounding, youll get small cute shops on the same street, a Michelin-starred restaurant right next to the building, plenty coffee shops, and just across the street, a five-star hotel and a convenience store. Overall, it's a great deal in all aspects

The room is in a bustling area, and you can walk to all the major restaurants, which is very convenient.The host often took the initiative to ask if we needed help, and thoughtfully asked if we needed airport pick-up and drop-off, which made us feel very warm!

I like the host, very nice person. great apartment, top European level of appliances and comforts. powerful AC. Away from.all the noise. I would stay here again.
