The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the song of the birds will disturb the calm of the place.

The accommodation is ideally located 7 km from the 24 Hours of Le Mans Circuit, 15 minutes from the European Horse Center. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet in each bedroom.
