I recommend this rental, the house and the garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and the jacuzzi. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great stay! Clémentine was very welcoming and the exchanges were easy!

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

Excellent stay, quiet! The pool is small but very nice, the view of the lake is idyllic. The house is clean and functional. Attention the two bedrooms follow one another, so you have to go through one to reach the other. And finally, maybe there was a little lack of dishes (just a small stove for example) but overall it was a beautiful stay!

Our stay at Villa Victoria was for the 24hr Le Mans. We have been visiting this region for 20 years plus and have never found a place as good as this. Arlette was the most amazing host and so helpful when one of our party fell ill, for a couple of days, nothing was too much bother. The Villa was extremely well appointed with the looks of traditional French decor rooms were large and spotless all the group slept well and were very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and beautiful manicured gardens. The village and the shops were amazing and people so friendly. We will definitely be returning if Arlette will have us.

We loved our time at the well restored old cottage. Beautiful and peaceful location with the charm of the working farm and the friendliness of the people and lovely dogs. Would definitely stay again !

Very pleasant stay in Gérard's cottage. Beautiful weather, a secluded site, very wooded and very friendly! We were able to enjoy the heated pool from the first day, it was a real pleasure. The promises of the site description are largely kept, no unpleasant surprises. We all (9 people) really enjoyed this stay. A big thank you to Gérard for his welcome and good luck.

Exceptionally nice house with spacious beautiful garden and beautiful panoramic view! Welcoming reception by Florence despite the fact that we only stayed 1 night. Small garage for the car. Shed for games in the rain. Bocce ball court. Super!

Our family of 7 enjoyed Anne's chateau so much. It's updated to have every modern comfort but offers loads of opportunities to feel immersed in the past. Anne is a gracious and helpful host, offering welcome gifts and local recommendations. Their family has owned the chateau for three hundred years and have taken great care with it. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old children (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they had a lot of fun. The place is very friendly, our hosts were very nice and very hospitable. Beautiful environment, the village is very friendly, for lovers of tranquility and authenticity. To discover! ps: we loved the pizzas offered by the owners of the village bar :-)

A very pleasant short stay. Sandra and her Family are very friendly and being in their garden is not disturbing at any time as we felt welcome. The accommodation is well located and allows you to go to the center of Tours easily. We recommend.

We had a great stay at Véronique's! The cottage is very well equipped, the garden superb and the heated pool magnificent! Véronique is a lovely host, very welcoming, flexible and exchanges are simple. We took advantage of the surroundings to visit, which are superb I would highly recommend it! The accommodation offered by Valerie is faithful to the description, very clean and really very well equipped. Valerie is very accommodating, available and gives good advice. Despite the somewhat capricious weather, we were still able to enjoy the large pool which is heated. We had a great 3-day weekend there where we visited the zoo de la Flèche which is only 30 minutes from the cottage. We will return with great pleasure but beware of the radar between the cottage and the zoo🤪!!! He got us 😬
