A ground floor self contained Studio apartment for adult's is one of two apartments here , comprising of kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and hot plate and mini-oven. The bathroom has a shower. The relaxing lounge and bedroom area has a king size bed and sofas around a log burner for colder winter nights. the studio its own entrance shared with the upstairs flat. Stabling available at extra cost if you want to turn this into an equine holiday! 4 miles from Tewkesbury and on the outskirts of Twyning, a beautiful location for a country break. Seasonal breakfast ingredients provided, but we are afraid you'll have to cook them yourself! Tea and coffee making facilities also provided. Fresh milk and bread will be in the fridge when you arrive.

The property is set alone in a large garden, with private access and dedicated parking space, there is also wheelchair access. Defford is ideally located, with easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross on Wye, Upton on Severn and Stratford upon Avon. There are decent local amenities such as Local Farm Shop, Local Pubs, ( with excellent food ) and only 3 miles from Pershore, where there are more shops and amenities. The property is well furnished with modern decor.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
