Sonja is wonderful. She was very generous and flexible with her time and home even though she'd just returned from holiday herself and was running on empty. The room had everything we needed, including snacks, coffee, tea, breakfast cereals, and porridge. Sonja was absolutely lovely to talk to, and her dog Marley was an angel.

Great communication from booking. Sian had good recommendations for places for me to visit whilst staying in Exeter and surrounding areas. Both Sian and Terry are lovely and made me feel welcome in their home. The room had everything as described, exactly what I needed for my stay.

We stayed at Bunny Barn for New Year and it was perfect! We are a family of 7 adults & 3 dogs, & there was plenty of space for all of us! The living & kitchen areas are spectacular, and all of the bedrooms are spacious & inviting so there were no issues over who had the best bedroom! There was plenty to do in house with games & jigsaws, & outside we made full use of the tennis court (when weather permitted) & hot tub, which we all loved. When we arrived we were all taken aback at how beautifully decorated the house was for Christmas. We couldn’t have asked for more. There are plenty of walks in the local area so it was easy to get out & about as well. Amy is a fabulous host. She provided clear instructions on how to get to & access the property, & the champagne & chocolates when we arrived were the icing on the cake. We didn’t need to contact Amy during our stay but I have no doubt that she would have responded quickly & positively. We would happily visit this property again.
