The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Charming country tiny house cottage with hot tub!

Beautiful Tiny house cottage with a covered porch and hot tub in a country setting just three minutes to downtown Snohomish. The kitchen is definitely the focal point to the interior. It is open and bright with all your kitchen needs. Complimentary coffee and popcorn included. When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. This house was designed, built and lived in by us (140 sq ft).

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
