Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

36 m² bright, quiet apartment in the courtyard on the 2nd floor with elevator. About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Unser privates Penthouse befindet sich im Herzen der historischen Wiener Altstadt – direkt am berühmten Graben. Auf rund 170 m² Wohnfläche über den Dächern der Stadt und einer 120 m² großen privaten Dachterrasse genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick über Wien. Da es sich um unsere persönliche Wohnung handelt, ausgestattet mit ausgewählten Designermöbeln und privaten Gegenständen, bitten wir unsere Gäste, das Apartment mit derselben Sorgfalt zu behandeln, als wäre es ihr eigenes Zuhause.

Helles Loft-Studio in Mödling nahe Wien

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Große Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments mit Blick auf den Dom

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Urlaub vor den Toren von Wien

Du urlaubst bei uns idyllisch am Waldesrand, unter der Burg Mödling gelegen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Babenbergerstadt Mödling mit ihrem einmaligen mittelalterlichen Ambiente, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Nettes sauberes Zimmer mit heißer Dusche und WC . Für alleinigen Gebrauch. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenhäuschen das eine Sommerküche ist. Voll ausgestattet. Garten / Hof kann genützt werden. Im Sommer ist es sehr nett, den Abend draußen zu verbringen. Nur 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und nur 3 Stationen zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof. Eine Busstation nach Schwechat vor dem Haus. Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.
