Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eberbach

Well located accommodation. Clean, welcoming and quiet environment, not far from the train station and the city center.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The house is super located in quiet forest surroundings. Hiking trails start right outside the door. The house is well furnished, everything is clean. Especially great is the fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. You can wonderfully switch off and relax here. A trip to the local distillery as well as to Miltenberg is very worthwhile!

Ralph was very responsive and friendly; house was perfect for our family and very comfortable. Would stay again!

There were four of us for 5 nights of mountain biking in the accommodation. The location is ideal for starting the diverse MTB routes, including single trails. We also felt very comfortable in the house. Everything is there to take care of yourself. The kitchen and living room are generously sized and communication with Stefanie was great. Ich war über die Ostertage bei Timo und fühle mich gestärkt wie nach einem einwöchigen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Dazu kommen Details wie der Hängesessel, das große gemütliche Sofa und der Kamin mit ausreichend Holzvorrat, was dem Ganzen einfach etwas Besonderes verleiht. Die Wohnung war "blitzesauber" und insgesamt einfach ultragemütlich - mit tollem Balkon zur Sonnenseite, auch der Ausblick traumhaft. Die Kommunikation war wunderbar herzlich und zugleich niemals aufdringlich. Irgendwie fühlte ich mich wie "nach hause gekommen" und bin ehrlich gesagt nur schweren Herzens abgefahren, weil es schlichtweg vom Lebensgefühl perfekt dort ist. Auch die Umgebung und die Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung sind super - mein Tipp wäre an dieser Stelle eine Fahrt mit der Solar-Draisine im nahegelegenen Wald-Michelbach, das ist wirklich ein einmaliges Erlebnis.

Der Kontakt mit Samita war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Dagmar und Jürgen! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und idyllisch im Umland von Mainz, ist aber dennoch sehr gut angebunden. Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren Dagmar und Jürgen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft mit toller Lage. Einige Meter weiter oben startet der Fußweg zum Schloss, von welchem man eine tolle Aussicht hat. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, da die Lage sehr ruhig und privat ist. Ausstattung der Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr einfach gehalten. Kommunikation mit Nikolas war freundlich, proaktiv und ganz einfach verständlich erklärt. Toller Ort für einen Tapetenwechsel zwischendurch und durch die ca. 40 Minuten Autofahrt von Heidelberg entfernt auch eine gute Location. Dankeschön.

We stayed at Daniela and Markus's property before and will happily do so again. Our go to anytime we are in Heidelberg. Pristine clean which is important to us. Fully equipped kitchen. No stairs. Comfortable in every respect. Super quiet too. Easy walkable access to streetcar to take us into Heidelberg or anywhere else we desire to go. Grocery stores restaurants and bakery's nearby. Very walkable. We hardly ever used our car. It is the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in Europe. And to top it off, Daniela and Markus speak perfect English (we are Americans) and are the nicest host's ever.

Steffi's house is really wonderful – it's very clean and well maintained, and the balcony is a cozy place to enjoy fresh air and admire the view. Right next to the house there is a beautiful one hour hiking route with magnificent surroundings. Steffi's parents also welcomed us warmly and gave us tips on sights in the nearby villages. In the house you will also find a lot of information about excursion destinations in the surrounding area. An absolutely recommended house – just perfect!

Very nice house and great location! We felt very comfortable - especially the beautiful sauna and the home cinema (huge screen, great seats and sound system!) appealed to us. You can go hiking in the area and restaurants & supermarket are close. Markus was quick to respond if you had any questions Thanks!

The place is special, highly recommended, away from the standard mash of most hotels and homes. We also found ourselves well with two children and stayed there. The landlady and her family were always and easily accessible and very helpful with all major and minor matters. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!

S-a-g-e-n-h-a-f-t! Without exaggeration, I never expected anything so beautiful. How brand new, everything fits together. No clipped crockery and pots as usual. No, everything very nice, new and from bathroom to kitchen in the same matching style. And everything was as clean as if it were new. The landlords very nice, accommodating, not a bit intrusive, helpful. You can tell they're having fun. I know this all sounds too good. But check it out for yourself. And amazed I'm not exaggerating. 5 star apartment? Modesty expressed. 10 star luxury apartment. We loved it 🤩

A very quiet and quiet place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

The hosts were extremely motivated and accommodating. We felt very comfortable.
