The Hochoetz ski region is 10 minutes (free ski bus) and a toboggan run is 100 meters from the house. Highlights include the feel-good bedrooms with panoramic views, the 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), the new kitchen, underfloor heating, the spacious garden area with terrace and the location on the upper edge of the village (without through traffic), which allows hikes/bike tours from the house.

From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway!
