The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

The old shoemaker's hut by the castle lake

Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cabin is 56 m2 and contains entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, family room/living room as well as two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places. There is a heat pump and room for a baby cot in one bedroom. We will provide fresh ground coffee. Please bring towels and sheets

Apartment on the Helnæs peninsula

Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

South Funen bed & breakfast

Idyllic bed & breakfast in Ølsted, Broby - south of Odense, with the option of purchasing breakfast, which must be ordered in advance. Ølsted is a unique village without street lights with a clear view of the starry sky. Ølsted is also on the Margueritruten and is the perfect cycling holiday destination. It is only a 15-minute drive to Faaborg with Svanninge hills, mountains, bike paths and beach - close to Egeskov Castle. Brobyværk Kro is only 3 km away and shopping as well. 15 minutes to the highway.

Peaceful cottage in unique surroundings

Welcome to my little sanctuary that I own with my son and daughter. Here you have nature close by with forest, water and open sky. There are two beds and room for bedding for two more people in the living room. The house has everything, but remember the bedding! The area is very suitable for cycling or hiking in the beautiful South Funen nature. Shopping opportunities are within a short distance by car. Grocery store and good restaurants can be found in both Assens and Faaborg, both about 17 km away.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.
