Само место и квартира, превзошли все мои ожидания. Отличное расположение (море через дорогу, рядом есть все необходимое от магазина и кафе, до проката мотобайков и прачечной). Квартира в отличном состоянии, все необходимое есть, чисто. Хозяйка очень дружелюбная, отвечала на все вопросы, помогала советами. Два отличных бассейна с солёной водой (большой плавательный бассейн на территории гранд Блю, которым можно пользоваться, мы там лежали на шезлонгах а купаться ходили через дорогу и панорамный бассейн на крыше нашего Кондо, который работал круглосуточно, мы в нем купались ночью). Рекомендую эту квартиру однозначно! Само место - тихое, спокойное, идеально для семейного отдыха! ❤️😍😘

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Nice, clean apartment, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, Strand is good man, he lets me check in early, definitely I will book his apartment again.

Kaikki sujui hienosti Andrew:n kanssa ja huoneisto oli kuvatun lainen. Andrew vastasi nopeasti viestihin ja jopa järjesti meille kahvinkeittimen, jota alunperin ei huoneistossa ollut. Asunto oli puhdas ja siisti sekä erinomaisella paikalla. Kaiken kaikkiaan majoittumisesta Andrewn huoneistossa on vain hyvää sanottavaa. Varmasti käytämme uudelleen Andrewn asuntoa!

房东应该是俄罗斯人，人很热情，入住环境也好，周围比较安静，员工人也很好，随时有问题帮忙解决，出门几分钟就是海滩，出门不远就可以坐双条车去芭提雅步行街或中天海滩，交通很方便。尤其出门走10分钟就可以到芭提雅到素那万普的大巴车站。住宿附近那家药店比其他地方都实惠，出门都有711和夜市，住宿值得推荐，性价比很高。

Great stay … simple clean and close to everything. Perfect distance from the chaos and a very good price. Can’t beat this deal will definitely consider this place again.

This thai style house is secluded from the main road thus it is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. There is a convenient-store, pharmacy and many restaurants in the area. Bathbuses are available on the mainstreet that take you all the way to central pattaya. I enjoyed my stay.

Плюсы: - есть камеры видеонаблюдения (безопасность) - Тостер, блендер - Отличная стиральная машина, которая не портила вещи и все отстирывала - Супер хозяин, помогал нам при любом вопросе - Достаточно посуды - Большой балкон - Хороший интернет, подходит для зум-звонков, перебоев не было, скорость высокая была - Стол и стул для работает - Отличная сушилка - Удобная парковка - Бассейн и зал (но не большие) Минусы: - Кровать была не одна, а две, иногда разъезжалась - Мало места для вещей (шкаф был слегка забит быт вещами) - Кондиционер не менял температуру - Иногда шумные соседи (но это не зависит от хозяина) Мы бы остановились снова с удовольствием, это было одно из самых лучших снимаемых нами квартир.

alex et sont equipe sont parfait , si je retourne un jour j aimerais une cuisine en plus, et un prix plus intéressant , ceci est personnelle bien sur je discute toujours le prix bon sejour a refaire
