A nice and peaceful place to stay. Scooters are available to rent very close to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The beach nearby is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

The actual environment of the room is cleaner and more comfortable than the photos, and the pool is relatively clean, and the room is very refreshing.The host was also quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about issues.If you are inadequate, you need to take a taxi from the commercial center, but there are convenience stores at the door of the room.It's a local area, and if you come to the water festival next time, also book this one.Play with locals, don't go to the pedestrian streets

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

The host is friendly, the accommodation provided is also excellent, the property is located in a quiet and uninterrupted community, about 10 minutes from the sea and the city by car.I love the small balcony, and you can see the mountains and the sea in the fresh air!Didn't use the pool this time and it looked like it had a water slide and would like to stay again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The hospitality was top-notch, and our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The villa itself was stunning, with a great pool and beautifully maintained rooms. The amenities were also impressive, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! This is a wonderfully serene and peaceful place, just a short 15-minute scooter ride to the stunning White Sand Beach. The villa is also conveniently located near beautiful waterfalls, making it perfect for nature lovers. The villa itself is set in a picturesque area surrounded by incredible wildlife. I truly enjoyed watching the vibrant birds, playful squirrels, geckos, and other fascinating creatures—it felt like living in harmony with nature. What made the experience even more special was the owner’s exceptional hospitality. The level of client care, friendliness, and service was outstanding. I can confidently say that this was the warmest welcome I’ve ever received in all my travels. The owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I sincerely wish her the best and hope she continues to receive kind and grateful guests. This place is tucked away from the bustling tourist areas, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

I was only here for 8 days but thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again if I was coming back to pattaya

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Great experience! The room was really nice and exceeded all expectations. Our host Jum was so kind, she made sure everything was perfect. The surroundings are charming and peaceful, it's a very quiet and pastoral area of the island. For those seeking an authentic natural environment away from tourist crowds, this location is truly outstanding. There are also several restaurants and grocery store within a few minutes drive.
