Holiday rentals with a pool in Eastern Europe

K&D were such incredible hosts and made our stay feel very welcome and right at home. They were very responsive when we needed anything, and never hesitated to respond and help out if we had any queries. The house itself was stunning and was very relaxing and peaceful for our group, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. We would happily return and stay here again, and it made our trip to Prague even better.:)

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem gepflegten, gemütlichen Haus. Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns der umzäunte Garten – perfekt für unseren Hund – und die schöne Grillstelle mit ausreichend Holz. Der Pool war anfangs nicht ganz sauber und mit 24 °C etwas kühl, aber für unsere Kinder kein Problem. Auf unsere Anliegen wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert, sogar der Whirlpool wurde auf Wunsch gereinigt. Auch nett: Eine zerbrochene Schale mussten wir nicht ersetzen. Vielen Dank dafür. Regelmäßig fuhr ein Zug am Grundstück vorbei – unsere Kinder fanden das richtig spannend! Insgesamt ein schöner, entspannter Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday. Ivona and Michael were amazing hosts. Micheal recommend plenty of day trips, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. We loved every second of staying here. Very secluded, if you decided you didn’t want to see ANYONE for a few days this is the place to go. The walk to the private beach is not easy (so be cautious) but definitely worth it. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking! The outside grill was awesome, we probably used it every night for dinner. SO BEAUTIFUL.. even better than the pictures!! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience Croatia in its raw form.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella quiete delle colline romagnole: Il Rudere di Teodorano è uno di quei posti che ti rimangono nel cuore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara – Antonella e Leano sono persone autentiche, calorose e disponibili, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Se venite qua non potete perdervi la schiaccia, una bontá divina! La location è incantevole: silenzio rotto solo dai suoni della natura, e un’atmosfera senza tempo che invita alla lentezza e alla serenità. Perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic stay! The views over Kotor Bay were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – truly unforgettable. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring, and there were delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and more – so comfortable and well-equipped. Irena was an incredible host, going out of her way to send us loads of helpful information and recommendations. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay. We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The AC and blackout shades were a lifesaver, they helped us and our kids sleep soundly after long days of walking. We also enjoyed the pool 🙂 Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional airbnb.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alexander was very proactive and when I had questions he was quick to respond. The flat was perfect for my needs and the hot tub was very relaxing after days of walking around Warsaw.

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Villa war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von dem Meer Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und Gabi war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren in sehr gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Einziger Minuspunkt, das Haus hat (noch) keine Heizung und der Pool ist ebenfalls nicht beheizt. Sobald die Temperaturen sinken, war es auch im Haus sehr kühl. Überzeugt hat uns die herrliche private Lage und es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Istrien zu erkunden. Im kleinen Supermarkt im Ort gibt es alle Basics zu bekommen. Der Kontakt zu Karmen war sehr angenehm.

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, spacieux, moderne, joli et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Vous faites trois pas dehors et vous êtes dans la piscine en toute tranquillité, dans un silence reposant troublé par le chant des oiseaux. Nous avons été accueillis par les parents de Daniel et surtout par sa maman Karen. Une dame souriante et chaleureuse qui nous a fait visiter le logement. Elle a prévu de gentilles petites attentions dont une belle brioche pour notre petit déjeuner du lendemain et quelques petites choses dans le frigo. Karen nous a expliqué les trajets en tram, les restaurants et même la météo ! Nous sommes retraités et avons beaucoup voyagé en Europe et ailleurs. Die Kommunikation mit Luka (dem Keyholder) war super. Er war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; er hat uns gleich ein tolles Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt, sodass wir sie kaum verlassen wollten. Wir haben die Poolheizung für 20 € pro Tag dazu gebucht (was eine sehr gute Entscheidung war).

The house and its surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. It was lovely to be able to use the pool which was cleaned every day. Everything was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the privacy. The host was so friendly. We were able to buy fresh eggs from her too. It's one of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. We would love to return one day.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, hatten super entspannte Tage dort. Diana ist Mega nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal dort. Es lohnt sich dich Unterkunft zu mieten.
