A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price.
