We came to Italy with 11 family members. We started in Venice, traveled through Florence, and ended our journey in Rome. The host was amazing. The house manager was uber accommodating, and even was able to meet us early. It was the perfect house for our large group to be together and have a great place to enjoy the city together. It is within walking distance of so many things. Definitely recommend. It is beautiful, charming, historic.. everything you want while visiting Rome. If you can do the private dinner experience while there, definitely recommend that as well. They will recommend the perfect chef!!!

As a group of 8 people this location was perfect. Everything was spotless and as advertised. We loved the balconies and pool area. The sea is super close and the coast is very inviting for some evening strolls. Would totally recommend a car because the village is a little remote. Tanja was super friendly and helpful. The whole stay was a total 10/10. Hoping on coming back someday.

Loved the location and very generously sized space. Beds and furnishings were all very comfortable and stylish. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. We had a couple issues with the wifi door lock early on, so we were glad we carried a key. The host resolved the problem quickly and the lock was reliable and very convenient for majority of our stay. The apartment was very quiet. We never noticed any noise from others in the building. We were only aware of street and neighborhood noise on warm nights when we needed the windows open to cool the bedrooms. We enjoyed the view of mostly trees and a few elegent rooftops. One bedroom faced an interior courtyard which was cool and quiet but less private. The kitchen was well equiped but not in large quanties, so the 5 of us washed glasses and utensils for every meal. The cost was at the top of our budget, but we ended up very glad we spent the money. Would definitely book here again and hope this review encourages other to do so too.

We spent 4 nights at Villa Borghese and communicated with Marianna, who met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived. Marianna was an absolute delight, from beginning to end! She greeted us at the door with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. Marianna then continued to assist us with everything from arranging airport transfers to restaurant reservations all over the city; and we loved every spot we dined at -- each establishment had its own unique vibe and cuisine! The apartment was pristine, in a quiet-residential neighborhood, featuring high ceilings, coffered white walls, picturesque windows with electric shades, and modern kitchen with high- end appliances. We loved our stay at Villa Borghese and would go back in a heartbeat!

My friends and I loved our stay this property is absolutely beautiful the view is exactly as it is in the pictures and even better in person we didn’t want to leave, the kitchen was fully equipped which made our stay so much easier and we really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, would definitely be returning

The pictures do not do this place justice. Dani (the owner) was incredibly responsive, helpful and gave a fab tour with clear instructions. Local restaurant recommendations etc were fab, alongside the local sites. It is a village, so a peaceful trip away is what you should expect. We felt no need to leave the house, In my 10years of using Airbnb, this is the first where we loved every single part and needed no reason to leave. I will be recommending this Villa to everyone I know. A week trip was so relaxing, it felt like we'd been there longer. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Overall, a great stay. Location is perfect for walking and touring the sites. Apartment was ideal for us. Can get noisy during the evening hours as there's a festive restaurant just outside the apartment. The unit was well appointed and nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and amenities. Would highly recommend the stay.

Our family traveled from the UK and the US to spend our holiday together at Villa Ninon. What an amazing experience. As soon as you walk through the doors you feel at home. Katarina, Alex and Diana welcome you with open arms. Our week at Villa Ninon was dream come true. Incredible views, exciting excursions, delicious food and lovely owners making our stay perfect. We had the most fantastic time at Villa Colonnata. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating - from the gardeners, to the cleaners and host. The spot is so peaceful and views incredible. Lots of living space and great room to bathroom ratio. Any issues were addressed straight away, and anything we needed was arranged eg beautician, chef, pool cleaning, local recommendations. The perfect place to slow down and soak up the Umbrian countryside.

Staying at palazzo vimbula was truly an unforgettable experience. From the pool overlooking the river, to the beautiful amenities— everything surpassed our expectations! Our stay was made all the better by Daničan and Marijana, who made us amazing breakfasts every day and taught us a lot about Croatia while making us feel right at home there (including giving us a custom bottle of grappa!). It was the perfect accommodation for our honeymoon, and I would heavily recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik who wants a relaxing stay near old town (it’s only a 10 min drive to Pila gate).
