# El Poblado Apartment Review Stunning apartment with amazing views, exactly as advertised. Perfect workspace for digital nomads with a nice-sized table. Quiet yet walkable neighborhood with stores, pharmacy and mall just across the street. Daniel provided excellent, responsive communication throughout my stay. Only minor drawback was the lack of a TV in living room (bedroom only), but who stays inside with all Medellín has to offer? Highly recommended! Daniel and his team are great!!!!

I’m giving the place a 5 stars! To start the Hosts was very responsive, he got back to me right away. All the instructions were very clear. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. I felt very secure all the time. I will definitely be staying here again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

El apartamento siempre impecable y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Por lo general viajo con mis hijos así que este apartamento es uno de mis favoritos porque estamos cómodos, el lugar es muy cerca de lo que necesitamos, es seguro, el personal del edificio es muy amable y la anfitriona se comunica muy bien. I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

Beautiful house with stunning views perfect for a family getaway. Only downside is the security cameras around the place making you feel watched while you’re there, but other than that everything was just as described by Orlando: well equipped kitchen, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and spacious house ready to accommodate a big crowd.

Wow! What an amazing place for a bachelor’s party! I was tasked with taking care of 10 guys and throwing a memorable party. Not only was the Penthouse incredible, but Carlos was indispensable for us all. We literally showed up to a pool party (let your imagination run wild😊 We had access to everything a bachelor party needs. Carlos also owns a taxi company so was able to run guys and gals around with an excellent staff (the property is also owned by an American). The pool view is incredible, and you’ll see a massive statue of Pablo Escobar+ his wife and kids upon entering the property (incredible history). The place is huge and comfortable with fast internet for those who also had to put in work. Lots of bedrooms too. I recommend this property and the staff highly. Since I was responsible for setting this up, I was worried about everything: getting ripped off, robbed, and just looking bad in general. When we got there to a ready-made pool party, I was an instant legend. Perfect!

We love to the finca!! I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Jaime the host was great and very responsive. We loved the decor and attention to detail, from the pickleball courts, to the temperature controlled pool, to the lights at night. Every corner of the house had a beautiful seating area.

wow - the view and location incredible. its own dock..add on the cook for home made colombian meals. even had a DJ and threw a party. Cannot wait to come back

From the moment we reached out to Brandon, he was supremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. The home is well appointed with everything you could want or need. We enjoyed the spectacular view of El Peñol from the deck each night around the fire table, in the hot tub, and from the wood burning sauna. The home was perfect for the 5 adults in our family. Brandon also has a network of people to help with excursions, food delivery, and transportation. He was always super friendly and helpful. His caretaker of the home is never far away if anything is needed. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon or his Finca. We will surely be back!! Thank you so much for making our trip a memorable and magical one, Brandon!
