An excellent stay. To start with, the place is a LOT bigger than the pictures suggest! It’s decorated well and you immediately feel calm on entering. The kitchen is absolutely huge dominated by a nice island. The bedrooms are large and beds pretty comfortable. We had a great stay overall.

We loved staying in Michelle's cottage. It was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The village itself is lovely with a nice pub 5-10 mins walk from the cottage. Michelle was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

Excellent accommodation in idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The annex is beautifully furnished, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The amazing garden was an ideal place to relax. The area is lovely, close to Rutland Water, with pleasant walks. We would love to return to explore the area further. Our host, Veronica, communicated well prior to our arrival and was on hand should we need anything. Thank you.

Cherry tree cottage is in a great location and is well equipped with a completely private and secure garden. Everything was clean and tastefully done. Our host kept a low profile - perfect for a secluded couple of days away, but was quick to respond when we reached out. Seat on is a lovely village with good walks and great accessibility for the rest of Rutland.

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. What a great place. Easy to find and get in, no Crystal Maze inspired hunt for the key as there is an electronic lock. The kitchen is well stocked, tea, coffee, milk etc. Has everything you need to make a meal. Living room is comfy. Bed is also very comfy. Shower is warm and works well. WiFi is a good speed. They was an iron and hairdryer. This is a great location, ten mins walk into Stamford and its array of drinking places and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and will be booking in very soon. Beautiful flat in lovely, peaceful village location. Easy access to lake and surrounded by lots of interesting places to visit and things to do and see. Cecilie is a friendly and welcoming host and Lottie the dog is just as lovely. Cecilie gave us lots of good local recommendations. We didn't get to try them all so we'll definitely be back!

Cute flat; perfect for two people. Liked how the windows let a lot of light inside. We did no cooking as there was no need so cannot speak to that. The water pressure in the shower was great; we wish our shower at home had as much.

Lovely place for me to stay for a couple of days. Comfortable and clean. The bed was so cosy! Would highly recommend!

Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

Very nice apartment and very good location

Anne is a great host. The accommodation was clean and well furnished. It is in a peaceful location with relaxing views. We were fortunate with the weather which allowed us to sit out on the decking. A great welcome and the bowl of fruit and provisions were very much appreciated. We will definitely try to book on our next stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and welcoming, with useful information at hand. It had everything we needed and was just right for visiting family in the area. It was great that we were able to take our small dog with us and had some lovely walks in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

What can I say, the cottage was fabulous. The welcome basket and fridge was overflowing with items for us to use, also there was the hot chocolate maker which had the ceramic cups and 4 bags of the hot chocolate mix to make lots of delicious hot chocolate. Everywhere you looked there was something else which had been left for you. In the bathroom, there is a basket with all sorts of little things (just in case you forgot to pack them) ie make up removing cloths, toothpaste etc. The bed I could have taken home with us, it was so comfy with gorgeous bed linen and soft towels in the bathroom. We only stopped three nights and wished we had booked it for a full week. (But there is always next time) We had meals at the Grainstore Brewery and also the early bird menu at Sarpech, both meals again were fab. Sue is great to speak to, and was very pleased we liked the cottage so much. Thanks for being great hosts x

A really lovely Airbnb right in the centre of Uppingham, easy to locate and walkable to all the restaurants/market etc. Sue and Dave are friendly and super helpful and were flexible with our timings - couldn't recommend it more for a stay in Uppingham! Thank you!
