A group of 8 family and friends stayed here for a couple of nights for a concert at Murray Field,excellent location for both concert and socialising,shops close too,Audrey was so helpful with checking in and any questions we had,would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Easy check in. Very clean. Only downside was the room was warm and window only opens so far for safety reasons.

Loved my stay, felt right at home straight away. Excellent hosts, very friendly, and pointed me in the right directions to make sure I got the most out of the local area. Culross is a very beautiful village full of historical character, close to Edinburgh, and gorgeous mountainous countryside. Great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The fresh eggs from the hens in the garden were a much enjoyed treat.

We had a great stay at Nicks. It was a fantastic location in the city centre and the property was clean and as described. Groovy decorations!

It is a very suitable accommodation for a family trip. Everything is prepared. It is convenient for sightseeing as it is close to the tram station. Gill responds quickly and is kind. I recommend this accommodation, and I would like to come here if I have a chance to visit again next time.

The flat was super spacious and clean. Free parking with secure entrance and secondary (en-suite) bathroom were bonus! Easy to get to old town by public transport or taxi. We can definitely consider for a second stay.

I loved! Perfect place to stay

Maria's place exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pristine and cozy getaway. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how immaculate and well-kept everything was. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The coziness of this place was truly exceptional. The decor was charming and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Maria was incredibly hospitable and responsive.

Great location, a lot of things to do nearby, and close to the main sites of the city

We really enjoyed staying here. It looks just like the pictures....simply beautiful! It's 2 floors, with a lot of space, and a really pleasing decor. It was an easy interaction with Sharon. Prior to getting there, I received a message from her to let us know that her friend Lewis will meet us at the flat. Lewis was awesome! Gave us all the information we needed to know and just an all around friendly guy. Her place is amazing! Peaceful surroundings, a couple of minutes away from a bike path, and walking distance to just about everywhere you want to go. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, plenty of pubs, plenty of markets, just plenty of everything to be honest. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Simply loved it! Thank you, Sharon!

Honestly perfect location and all the amenities you could want. Nothing short of great, Kevin was amazing.

We stayed for four nights. The location was great - it’s close enough to walk to good restaurants and coffee shops but also in an area that was never loud or busy. The unit was very clean and spacious. It had everything we required for our stay and more. The private gym and garden access were wonderful bonuses. Riccardo was fast to respond and very accommodating with any questions we had. We loved our stay here and would say it elevated our whole visit to Edinburgh.

Excellent location. Beautiful garden. Bathroom nice. Bedroom lovely. I would stay here again in a sec. The sofa bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with necessities. Grocery store close by.

Tia was a very welcoming and generous host. Staying at her place felt like home - my wife and I truly loved our time there, She was incredibly responsible, even when it wasn’t her obligation, which shows how much she cares. We are glad we began our my journey here - it was a perfect start.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Old Rectory. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful, quiet and cosy manor tucked away in the heart of West Linton. Dave, our host, was so polite and prompt. Though we didn’t meet, there was good communication which was very helpful. The home itself was perfect for our family with 7 adults. My parents and aunt found the space so special and welcoming. Our anniversary celebrations and my dad’s birthday were made special in this home.

Nice, clean, quite place with very proactive host. Walkable distance to attractions and old town. Highly recommended to a single person or a couple.

Our booking was a very last minute family emergency situation. I was dealing with Charlotte who was absolutely brilliant. The house was made ready at only a few hours notice. The house provided everything we could possibly have needed, especially peace and comfort during a very stressful time. Communication throughout was outstanding with genuine care for our situation. Thank you so much, we appreciate everything you did for us ❤️

Charming one night stay after getting in late from the airport!

We booked Susannah's property to host a family get together with people travelling from as far away as New Zealand. The property turned out to be perfect for the 5 of us but would have been just as perfect for 8. This property is clearly someone's home, it has a completely different feeling to many of the antiseptic business properties that we have stayed in before and I felt this was entirely positive. The decor is great and the facilities even better with 3 large bathroom's offering great showers. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh as it was well served by the excellent bus system with the tram available for longer journeys. It would also be walkable to the centre of town but we chose to save our energy for exploring. We never failed to find parking nearby when required but chose to leave our cars in the free park & ride carpark that was accessible via a £2 bus. I cannot recommend this property too highly and would definitely return again if numbers required.

Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Ishbel is a warm host, and her home is cosy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. She adds thoughtful touches by providing for warm socks, woollen slippers, hot water bag, and some snacks. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from the sea. One noteworthy aspect—though I didn’t need to use it—is that her home is accessible/disabled-friendly. If you’re planning to visit Kirkcaldy, I would definitely recommend staying at Ishbel’s place.
