The house is just like the pictures. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. I would definitely would recommend this place.

I did enjoy my stay and really appreciated what they had there to help get us started, like coffee, toilet paper , garbage sacks etc. it was nice I didn’t t have to run out right away after being exhausted. Loved the kitchen for a studio apt it was awesome. Will be staying at one of your locations in the future.

Great little place to stay. Fully stocked place with everything you might need. Jarrod and Elizabeth were very helpful with some recommendations and were great with email communications. Would be happy to stay here again if we return.

Charming 2B/2B House – A Perfect Stay! This place was absolutely amazing! John ensures his guests have everything they need for a seamless stay. We had all the essentials while visiting my airman son for his birthday, making the experience even more special. The house itself was charming and impeccably clean. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of entertainment for a family to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and John even provided beach chairs and an umbrella, making our beach trips effortless. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, this home offered the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. Parking was plentiful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! 5-Star Stay Near the Beach in Tarpon Springs! I had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb! The flat is exactly as described—clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The space had everything I needed: comfy bed, well-stocked kitchenette, and a nice little patio to enjoy my morning coffee. The location is fantastic—close to Sunset Beach, Howard Park, and the famous Sponge Docks. I loved being able to explore local shops and grab some delicious Greek food just minutes away. The place had bikes that you could ride for free to reach Sunset Beach or just for a ride. The host was super responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. You can tell they put thought into the little details, which really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beachside escape. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Clean, cute little place. Has a small fridge/freezer, not the big one in the pics, if you need that. The mattress on the bed was kinda weird, but overall this was a great place for the value. Very clean and tidy, quiet and private.

Been to One of John's other place before. loved the Unit an location. very cozy. clean, everything you would need. also water & dryer was nice. Great outdoor deck. would go back. Great location to walk uptown

Wow! I’ve been going to Florida between Tampa and d Clearwater for the last ten years, and Catinca’s condo is by far the best. 10 out 10 does this place no justice. I was amazing and for me to say this is good. I am a very critical when it comes to surveys and I have NOTHING negative to say about this condo or my stay there. I am actually about to book it again for next years anniversary trip. Thank you Catinca . Look forward to next year.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
