Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Bremen from this centrally located place. The city center, Schlachte, the Town Musicians, the Roland, the town hall and Lake Werdersee are within minutes walking distance. This apartment has 1 bedroom, balconies, bathroom, a spacious sofa bed, a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven and fridge. In the living room, there is a flatscreen TV. I rent my approx. 115 sqm three-room apartment for two to four people on an equestrian facility in Bremen. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a kitchen, a storage room and two bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided. Nearby are the Mahndorf swimming lake (1.5 km), train station (950 m), bus stop (50 m), highway feeder (3 km) as well as various shopping facilities.

There are many possibilities to explore the area: walking, cycling or by boat. Our vacation home is located in a nature reserve. The house with lots of privacy is located on a large private property with parking spaces.

The south beach can be reached from the apartment on foot in 5 minutes! The apartment has a cozy balcony and is divided into 2 bedrooms so that you can make yourself comfortable with up to 4 people. Each bedroom has its own TV. There is also a chic kitchen from a kitchen specialty store and a freshly renovated bathroom with a large rain shower. There is also a small dining area.
