It was a very nice getaway. The location is very nice with the garden all around. Wilko's breakfast was very good 👍

Really nice and clean accommodation with funny decor. Very direct and friendly communication, flexible at check-in (stood in traffic for a long time). A little outside of SPO, but very doable. Really good breakfast! Very happy to come back 🙂

Very warm welcome by Jaap. He told interesting facts about the region. Breakfast was great. Nearby is much to do.

A great stay and perfect breakfast! A nice bed and good shower in a particularly atmospheric farmhouse in a quiet natural green environment. Iris is doing great, communicates nicely and I would love to come back.

We loved it here! Yt and all the staff are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place is beautiful and the food is really amazing. I would definately go back. But the best thing is the dogs, they are all great, but Guapo is super cool and my new best friend :)

Wonderful place to stay. Close to amenities. Close to bus stop. Good beds! Perfect kitchen. So you can go your own way.

The welcome is very warm. You stay in a very neat, nicely decorated room, with a good bed. There is a bathtub, and beautiful shower all in pristine condition. I was unable to enjoy breakfast. This had to be confirmed in advance at an additional cost, which I had overlooked.

Super lovely stay. Very nice host. He explained everything to us at the beginning and gave tips on taking down payment. Everything is geared towards sustainability. Great breakfast with carefully selected food. Individual requests are addressed. It's all at moderate price. Highly recommended. We will come back.

We were completely delighted to stay in the "Vliegtuig". The small apartment is so individually and well equipped, Frederique such a friendly host and breakfast a dream. The apartment is very quiet and even has its own small garden. It couldn't be better. Thank you!

Rosetta was so welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in making our experience comfortable. She went above and beyond to help us get my elderly mother’s luggage in as we were unable to get luggage storage we had planned. Our breakfast was amazing. She made me special and delicious low carb options as I had dietary needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was so nice. I would stay here again in a second.

We had a great time staying at Ingrid’s place. Breakfast was super tasty and organic. He went beyond the expectations. He even guided us to a close by beautiful farm. Helped with wheelchair for my daughter. Have no words to thank enough. Just gratitude.

We were in the oldest room and were immediately thrilled! So much effort and love has been put into this house. Amazing! Wonderful location right on the dike, alpacas, horses, cats and cats on the farm. A real dream for people who like to be in the countryside. The family is super friendly, speaks good German and is very accommodating. Breakfast was always sufficient and very tasty. We will be happy to come back!

A very pleasant stay, even for a short overnight stay. That I arrived a little later in the evening was no problem. The room was comfortable and equipped with towels and a sink. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth the money. Recommended if you are staying in the north of the Netherlands.

Rob and his team are the nicest people you can meet in groningen. The place is like an oasis full of beautiful nature and animals. It ist quiet and perfekt to relax, but at the same time it is not far from the city. 5/5

Fantastic place to stay! Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts, who were also so great that they wanted to pick us up and take us to the Friese Woudenpad we walked! Beautiful quiet place with spotless and stylish room and "living room/kitchen", very warm welcome with drink, also extra possibility to order drinks/snacks, and of course the garden! Especially a piece of garden for guests, including campfire pit and gazebo. Oh and within walking distance of supermarket, restaurant and bus stop. What else do you want? In one word, great!❤️ We'll definitely be back sometime 😀

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful room! It was even more stunning and well-organized than the photos. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!

Very nice place! You feel right at home in the jungle with peacocks and ducks as nice residents. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere yet quite close to the city center. :) The bathrooms were nicely distributed and clean. The cottage is cute to fall in love! And the bed super cozy. However, the wooden cabin is not insulated or anything else, so it gets quite fresh inside in colder months. The small electric heater is then also not strong enough to keep the room warm. With the many blankets we didn't mind, but frostbites should keep it in mind. :) We will definitely be back next year! :)

We were received very friendly. The check-in was quick and uncomplicated. Breakfast was prepared on time and was sufficient and delicious. We felt very comfortable. Full recommendation!

My stay at Joppe was very pleasant. I came here to stay for a night in connection with my work and was able to continue my working day in the beautiful garden. Joppe was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. I was allowed to stay for dinner, we walked a bit and in the evening we had a cup of tea by the campfire. Freedom and happiness at Joppe, because he also gives you all the space to do your own thing if you don't need company. Absolutely recommended.
