Beachfront holiday rentals in East Frisian Islands

We were in Büsum for a weekend. Note the description. It smells a little musty. The apartment was sparkling clean. For us with two small children, everything worked out great and we felt comfortable.

We felt very comfortable. We really liked the proximity to the beach and the tranquility in the house. The apartment offers everything you need for a stay. Very tastefully and cozy. Even dog bowls were available. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Gesche welcomed us very kindly and gave us tips. We felt very comfortable in the cozy accommodation. From there, we explored Bremerhaven on foot and by bus. We easily found a parking space nearby. We will be happy to come back.

My partner and I wanted a change of scenery for a few days and were able to realize this wish wonderfully with the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect to quickly get to the village and the beach! (Never lasted more than five minutes). From the balcony, you can look out over the North Sea and watch the ships passing by for hours. Only a slightly larger table for an extended breakfast or a game night, on which you can spread out, was missing. This small flaw does not detract from the apartment and it would not be fair to make an issue of it. The apartment is top. Lovingly furnished, with a large bathroom and a super comfortable bed. A perfect package for a few days on the North Sea! If we decide to go to Duhnen again, we hope that the apartment will be available!

Extremely good view over the harbor, no other buildings block the view Very lovingly and richly furnished. Better equipped kitchen than some private households. The location in the Columbus Center provides shopping opportunities. Tip: Visits to the Climate House and Emigrant House are definitely worthwhile

We felt very comfortable on site. A very large, beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet location. There is everything you need. Only the noise from the neighbors was a bit disturbing and the pheasant, which ran along the street shortly before 6 in the morning and made itself heard, could have come 2 hours later 😊

The stay at Patrick's apartment was mega. The weather was great. Since we were there with the bikes, we were able to explore the area superbly. In total, it was 270 km up and down the Weser. A private locked bicycle garage with charging facilities is also provided. There is nothing missing in the apartment. The direct location on the Weser is fantastic. Just sit by the window or on the terrace and watch the ships, great ! Best wishes, Petra and Jürgen

We stayed at short notice for 2 days in this beautiful and top equipped apartment. You should not be deterred by the external appearance of this "high-rise". Although the apartment is small, every inch is very thoughtfully used. The decor looks high quality and clean and modern. Also great is the balcony, which is equipped with sliding glass windows and cozy lighting. In the morning you can also have a wonderful breakfast in the sun. The beach can be reached within a few minutes by foot. We will definitely be back!

This apartment was a real godsend for us! The furniture is a little older, but everything is well maintained and very clean. The bathroom is modernized and the view fantastically beautiful. The amenities are very extensive and there is really everything you need. We'd love to come back and look forward to a next vacation there. Thanks very much for the great holiday.

Simple house in the middle of the campsite. You pay for the accommodation and then again for the campsite. We have booked for 4 people incl. Toddler €45 for 3 nights. The accommodation has everything you need (toilet, shower, kitchen equipped, dining table, sofa, terrace, toys for inside and outside.) At the campsite, you can use everything (swimming pool, many playgrounds, outdoor pool). Now in the off-season, there wasn't much going on anywhere. There is a lot to offer within 10-40 km. Paul is great. Always available and a dear friend. All the best to you, Paul! Recommendation for all those who are looking for simple accommodation and bedding.

Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. Very nice location of the apartment. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The lockable single garage is very practical. Our two bikes fit in.

We stayed one night. The place is in a very beautiful and peaceful camping zone. Right in the lake. There is an easy entrance in the water, clean sand, so you can easily go for a swim as well. Gas BBQ came very handy . Not much hustle . All ready and easy to use . It was a bit chilly when we stayed, but you have a heater inside and enough blankets if you need. The sitting area outside facing the lake is very comfortable and spacious. The bed was a bit uncomfy, but if you stay one two nights it’s not a bother. Place is clean and functional. Host is very friendly and and responsive . It’s is definitely recommended for a short getaway to unwind and enjoy the nature . We loved it

Beautiful stay in a small but nice apartment. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Bakeries, restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a short stay. Will come back again.

Unfortunately, we had some bad luck because the path in front of the townhouse was being redone in our week. We had to park somewhere else, but Hilger took care of it appropriately! Otherwise, the house is very nice directly behind the dike! Everything worked out perfectly!

All in all a very pleasant stay, it was almost nothing missing, you were even greeted with a few drinks. However, long black hair was found everywhere in the apartment, on the mattress covers that had already been moved in. There was a problem with the warm water towards the end, but since communication with Stefan was easy, we were able to enjoy warm water again after a few instructions.

It was so beautiful at Sarah and David's place. The place is fantastically beautiful, extremely tastefully decorated and the view is out of this world! We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back! Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, especially if one wants to discover the main sights and museums of Willhelmshaven.

A very nice authentic villa in an amazing location. Downtown is around the corner with many shops and supermarkets and restaurants. Johanna is a lovely hostess together with her little dog Luna.

Our family felt very comfortable from the beginning. Check-in went smoothly, and a code makes it easy to get into the house. The house is new and has a great garden. Inside, a little attention from the hostess was already waiting for us, which we were very much looking forward to. The amenities are excellent and very modern. Highlights are the gas oven with remote control as well as the modern kitchen. The kitchen invites you to cook and is fully equipped – we lacked nothing. Daily products are also available. The clean bathrooms are generously sized and also very well appointed. We enjoyed our vacation very much. We will be happy to come back. We had very nice days as a couple in the accommodation, which gives a fantastic all-round view of the Wadden Sea and surroundings. The accommodation offers everything you need. The amenities correspond exactly to the description. Schillig is a great place for mudflats, cycling and lying on the beach or walking. There are also some spas / swimming pools nearby. The "center" is unfortunately a little less busy with few shops and restaurants. There is already a lot more choice in the neighboring village of Horumersiel. However, since the surrounding places are easily accessible by car, bicycle or on foot (if you are not limited), you can overlook it. ;-) So if you only need a break for a few days and can do without a shopping mile nearby, this is the place to be.
