Manfred's "Utkiek" corresponds to 100% of the display, and it is the most appealing and cozy of all apartments (also top clean and everything available)! The house is in a very pleasantly quiet location, and the view from the skylights is wonderfully wide and unbalanced. Behind the house graze deer, before that, Mr. Fasan marches around - all pure balm for the soul. A big thank you to Manfred for letting us spend uniquely soothing days here. Sincerely, Bernd&Sabine

Thank you for welcoming us on to the beautiful premise. The location is very nice set on a farm. Very peaceful but still very close to restaurants and amenities. The flat is exactly as pictured with a lot of space. Wish we could have stayed longer but lots to go see in Germany in a short time. Thank you again.

Central location, all easily accessible by foot or by bike. Bicycle rentals in the street as well as in the nearby area. Baker three houses away. Note for Navin users, coming from the ferry past Süderstraße and entering Neue Straße. Parking is within walking distance. Very friendly hosts, tidy and clean apartment in a quiet location with everything you need. Helpful recommendations for things to do, restaurants and shopping.

A nice area, we were 4 motorbikers so only stopped for 1 night, secure parking and some food walkable, there is a local supermarket

Everything was great, large apartment with plenty of space, we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Although it is small, you will find everything you need! Location was perfect!

Great family farm. Our little one (4 years) and we felt very comfortable. Outside there were countless play opportunities and since the yard is in a cul-de-sac, you can let the little ones play alone. Apartment was functional and clean, everything tiptop. Birte and her boys were very hospitable and helpful.

Very nice yard with cows, cats and a sweet dog. We were warmly welcomed. Amenities and pictures matched what we expected. The bedrooms are very spacious. We spent the evenings reading. Our reading tip "Deich in Sicht," the book belongs to the inventory of the apartment and is really very interesting. We found it particularly positive that the children could move freely in the yard. Unfortunately, we did not explore the immediate surroundings, but we made nice trips to Greetsiel and Emden. Thanks for the time. We will be happy to come back :)

We liked it very much, a small and cozy accommodation, simply and modernly furnished. Quiet location, cozy terrace. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a really very nice flat. Comfortable, clean and well laid out. It is situated in a charming, peaceful, mound village. There is a good restaurant, good supermarket and a museum. Lovely walks. Excellent place to base yourself to explore the area. Harry was very helpful and kindly provided some drink and snacks. It was hard to leave such a picturesque place.

Dear Biggi, thank you for the beautiful 2 days in your wonderful, lovingly furnished apartment. We felt super comfortable from the beginning. We were able to enjoy the spacious, great roof terrace due to the beautiful weather. I was positively surprised at many points, including the great facilities. Thank you for the warm welcome with delicious ice cream! The ice cube refrigerator is also great! ;) You really take care of your guests! If you have forgotten something, there is a cupboard from which you can help yourself, from toothbrush to plaster... you just have to refill it. ;). The communication with you was perfect! Thanks for your tips! The emigrant house was great and easy to reach from the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect place to stay for a concert in the neighbourhood

It was a wonderful stay in the forest house. The location in the forest with the lake, the loving furnishings. All around magical :)

The apartment is modern and well-maintained. It is perfect for 2 people. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The city center with beautiful shops and restaurants/cafes is within easy walking distance. You can also cycle well to the beach/sea.

It's a great place. The apartment on the 4th floor, view of the bridge is understated, you are right next to the bridge! Panoramic view of the Bontekai and the inner harbor, views over the dyke to the Jadebusen. Great place to eat, walk and as a starting point for sightseeing. However, it is also interesting for many other people, so it is a lively area, many walkers, in the evening also a bit louder on weekends. The apartment is huge and very nicely decorated. Super clean and the pictures on the walls - even painted - fascinating. The new bathroom is a dream, modern and very individually designed. Very successful. We can recommend the place - even if it was a little less quiet than we thought.

They were beautiful, quiet & relaxing days in this apartment. The view of the river from above was awesome, there was always something to watch from beautiful sunrises to ship lanterns that "hovered" through the night. The apartment is as described & shown, the surroundings have some beautiful views to offer as well as the small place, all within walking distance. Excursions to Bremen, Bremerhaven & Oldenburg are very doable. Thanks for this lovely break. In the late winter! With gratitude, Claudia

We were 6 with a toddler for one night in the old bakery and encountered a very great hospitality! The baby bed was set up and a seat was also prepared. Everyone found their own towel package and on the terrace it was great to start the new day!

The apartment and the contact with Jannes were great. We arrived with a baby and had underestimated that the pub and holiday tourism in the immediate vicinity is so noisy. Unfortunately, the house in itself is also rather audible. For this reason, we would choose a place in a quieter location next time. But, as already written above, it is not due to the apartment (amenities, cleanliness) or the contact with Jannes. Everything was fine.

Great apartment with upscale equipment! The host was easy to reach and helpful. The only negative point is the stove with only 2 plates.

We had a good time in this AirBnb. It was really clean, everything which did not work was swiftly exchanged. The beds are really hard, though. The shower is good and the kitchen has everything you could need. We had a family with children in the apartment next to us which was very loud, so be aware that you can hear everything from outside as well as from the neighbouring apartment. Apart from that, everything was great, thank you for having us!

Ute is a totally nice and accommodating landlady. If you have any questions, you could always contact them. The place was super clean and perfectly equipped for families. Always super available and received quick responses. This place is definitely recommended.
