Holiday rentals with a fire pit in East Frisia

We were with two adults and three children for a short trip to Cuxhaven and had an all-round beautiful time in the cozy cottage. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier and the communication was super friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Everything was fine for us. Here's how to make Airbnb fun! ;-)

Ulla is a friendly hostess, who is easily accessible, but also gives you your space and privacy. The house is spacious, the garden both in front and back offers a lovely place to be in the sunny weather. The nostalgic Beach Basket is a nice tourist addition.

We felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. The house is well equipped – it really lacked nothing. Our children had a lot of fun at the table tennis table, which was in use every day. The existing bicycles were also a real asset and were also used daily. The private charging station directly at the parking space for our car was also super practical. The contact with Imke was warm and uncomplicated - we were even personally greeted and said goodbye. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We enjoyed it very much overall. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

An idyllic place for a little break, very nice hosts, clean accommodation, we lacked nothing, even firewood was ready.

The stay with Ingrid and Jürgen was all around successful :) The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature. It is furnished with great attention to detail, which immediately conveys a feeling of home. Communication was also always warm and helpful. If you are looking for a break and want to enjoy peace and quiet, I can definitely recommend this accommodation!!

We booked the entire accommodation for a family meeting / event with 13 people and felt completely comfortable. We quickly agreed on the division of the sleeping places/rooms and during the stay it was always possible to find one's own private retreat in the spacious garden or in one of the apartments. We particularly liked the large, bright 'common room' on the upper floor of the old school building, where we could all prepare meals together and then eat together at a long table. The room is really very nice. Many thanks to Pia, we will be happy to come back in one form or another!

A very nice house, located directly on the canal. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking. Given the warm weather, we really enjoyed the coolness on the ground floor. The sauna is a nice touch. Jacq provided us with all the necessary information. Thank you!

When we arrived at the accommodation, we were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and accompanied to the apartment. In the apartment, we felt right at home and for our daughter, everything was also available. Play corner, books, games, cot, toilet seat. She immediately inspected everything and arrived immediately. The apartment was wonderfully clean and the amenities are really great for a vacation apartment. The only drawback is the lack of a washing machine, which was present in the description. But we also quickly found a pragmatic solution that we could live with. In the neighboring village, you will find everything you need for life. The location is excellent for spreading out in a star shape and taking excursions to the coast, to Emden or Wilhelmshaven. We felt really comfortable and would gladly recommend the apartment.

A very cozy accommodation with a lot of charm. We felt very comfortable. Above all, the small terrace and the garden area were very good for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. The two bicycles included were great for exploring the area.

Fine accommodation with underfloor heating. Great indoor climate. Bright and friendly furnishings. Kitchen unusually fully equipped. Top! Gladly again😊

We had a great time in Pilsum with Sonja and André. The apartment is super centrally located (< 1 min walk to the restaurant, village shop and church), is extremely spacious as well as top modern and equipped with everything you need, also a cot and high chair have been provided. Communication and check-in were very easy; the cleanliness especially in the bathroom could be a little better (hair on the floor). If you are looking for a quiet stay in a tranquil village near Greetsiel, this is the place to be. Recommendation!

We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment was as described. The garden is beautiful and very idyllic. Unfortunately, despite the great weather, we didn't have time for the pool. Next time...

I spent three days'vacation at the Weserdeich ‘with my dog. Arrived, immediately felt comfortable. Peter and Claudia are very welcoming and proactive. If someone is looking for a place to breathe, the dyke and the directly adjacent nature reserve absolutely invites you – if it works out in terms of schedule, I'd love to come back. Annette is a very warm, helpful and communicative host. A "feeling of being at home" set in right at the welcome...The garden is wildly romantic and Annette's great passion, thus also a real heart - an oasis to relax and feel good. The location is quiet and a free parking space is located directly on the street. Very good equipment in the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and more... everything available. The mattresses offer high sleeping comfort and good-feeling bed linen. Highly recommended. I'd love to come back.

Johanna was very responsive and offered to pick my partner and I up from the nearby town. On the day of our checkout she drove us to the nearby village for easier access to public transport, very kind and friendly woman!

We enjoyed Kirsten's cottage. We had booked the cottage for our Honeymoon, and it really is a romantic place. It is wonderfully quiet, you can enjoy the birds and sounds of the forest. The house has all the amenities and nicely decorated. The conservatory was very cozy, with the fireplace, really a nice place. We made good use of the spa: sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub. Dobbering and drinks in the hot tub was a favorite. And the bed slept really wonderfully, how nice that is! Norg is in a beautiful area. Easily accessible with the bikes you can use at the cottage. The contact with Kirsten went very well, she responds immediately when you have a question. She had arranged a sweet welcome package for us. We enjoyed it and would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable. The hosts were super sweet! We spent a peaceful rainy weekend at the lake in the small hut. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place for when you want to get out of the hustle and bustle. Very private and quiet. You have your own piece of garden, hear the birds chirping, see deer and hares walking and can let your mind go. Great bed, amenities basic but good. In short: check out your daily needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay in the camping barrel! The accommodation is idyllically located in nature. Perfect for switching off and relaxing. Our child was thrilled with the small fireplace and the lovingly designed play area with swing and sandbox. The outdoor kitchen, which was equipped with everything necessary and made the camping feeling perfect, was particularly practical. The chickens on the property were a real highlight for our child. The camping barrel was clean, cozy and ideal place for two adults and a child. Everything was decorated with a lot of love for detail. The hosts were very nice, warm and always helpful. We felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

Bedroom, bathroom and guest toilet are small but completely adequate. The living room is super bright and has a fantastic view of the lake. In bad weather - or annoying wasps - the conservatory is awesome. Top: large terrace, sunbathing area and direct access to the lake. If you can't relax here, it's nowhere on planet Earth ...

We stayed here with 2 people because I was going to ride the Bartje200, a nice but heavy mountain bike ride. The start is close to this B&B, so the location is great. It is a location where everything is present and the host is very friendly. The tiny house was on a campsite and has been given a second life, they have made something beautiful of it. Recommended!
