Beachfront holiday rentals in East Devon District

The flat was spacious and very well equipped. We overlooked the harbour and had exceptionally easy access to the beaches and coast path in both directions. We liked having a dedicated parking space; this was very close to the flat which made unloading easy. West Bay is very pretty so there were many photographic opportunities. The people living locally were very friendly. There's a footpath to Bridport which made a walk into the town on Market Day very easy. Perfect for us!

The accommodation was just as in the photos. Very comfortable and all you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Really lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Pre arrival comms from Matthew made it easy. Found it a great base for visiting Shaldon, Torbay, and a longer trip to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth which are both beautiful. Made good use of the Bodyboards in the apartment and the weather was kind. Great pubs on the back beach as well. Would recommend.

A lovely home, well equipped and close to all amenities. We had a great week there. Would thoroughly recommend though not necessarily for the less agile. Several steps in the house and steep staircase to upstairs. But has a beautiful downstairs bedroom and shower room.

We had 8 nights at Jennifer's flat. It was just as we expected and very clean. Booking was easy and Jennifer was very helpful when we altered the booking. Exmouth was a great place for the South West Coastal Path walking that we had planned and also great for some chill days as well. We ate in lots of nights and the flat had everything we needed. There is a lovely view of the estuary from the living room. We also found nice bars and restaurants for the other evenings. Great place, would thoroughly recommend the town and Jennifer's flat. Booked this Airbnb for a colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

West Quay cottage is a well equipped, nautical cottage on the harbour side of Watchet with sea glimpses from the bathroom and bedroom upper platform. We had a very comfortable stay and Cathy was am excellent, responsive host.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A stunning lodge located in an upscale part of Brixham. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need – from a great coffee selection to hot chocolate, Biscoff treats, and even a variety of water. The interiors were beautifully designed with a stylish boho vibe, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Thanks to Helen’s lovely place, I had the chance to discover Brixham – a charming, picturesque town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. Really friendly host, she was quick to reply to any questions. Caravan was lovely, with lovely views of the sea. Bit of a busy resort, but the kids loved it. Would stay again.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

We had a lovely stay at Anthony’s caravan. The location was ideal for visiting towns and sights in the local area. The site was also nice and quiet but had amenities if you needed them. Thanks for having us.

Zara was friendly and approachable. The accommodation was just perfect for an overnight last minute break. The garden is stunning with a perfect view.

Absolutely loved our stay at No.34, just wish it had been longer - we didn't want to leave. It was so relaxing being right beside the sea and the chalet had everything that we needed. Amazing how such a small space can pack so much in!! We were blessed with wonderful weather too. I would highly recommend booking - you won't be disappointed. Another geat stay .Photos of the views are really good but the real think is something else great views from every window. Accurate description on the listing and fantastic replies from Suki on any questions. We will book again.

Suzanne's chalet was absolutely beautiful! The location is stunning and the chalet was perfect for us - tastefully decorated to a really high standard, cozy, and immaculately clean. We loved listening to the waves at night and the bottle of fizz in the fridge was a lovely touch. After exploring the local fishing villages we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Highly recommend - we didn't want to leave!

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

This was a fantastic stay, with a great host. Carol was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful at every time. The property was perfect, and exactly as described. Walkable to the beach and village. Very excited to stay here again some time!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)
