Holiday home rentals in East Attica Regional Unit

Nous sommes déjà venus l'année dernière, Cette fois-ci, nous sommes revenus avec un couple d'amis pour leur faire découvrir cette belle île. Nous avons été comme la dernière fois très bien accueillis par Nikos et sa famille, ils sont très réactifs si besoin et très gentils et serviables, ils ont le restaurant qui surplombe la plage juste çà côté, les plats sont très simples mais très bons. Ce qui nous plait c'est qu'il n'y a presque pas de touristes, c'est assez sauvage, ce n'est pas compliqué de trouver une plage déserte, il ne faut pas avoir peur de prendre des chemins de terre et de cailloux, ça monte et ça descend, une voiture 4x4 est recommandée (que nous avons loué chez Leon Car à kéa). La météo était parfaite, que du soleil avec une mer chaude. Nous avons entre autre visité les ruines de Carthaea (5km aller-retour à pied uniquement) chemin de dalle de pierre en escalier, la remontée est assez physique mais c'est très beau. Nous avons même fait de la plongée à 2km seulement de la maison (plage de l'hôtel d'à côté). Louilis est un village sans voiture, qui prend vie à partir de 18h (ouverture des boutiques et restaurants), avec que des escaliers, on monte, on descend, ça fait du sport, magnifique. Repos total dans la maison d'Elly, aucun bruit, juste celui des vagues avec une vue à 180° sur la mer et l'horizon, on a l'impression d'être seuls au monde. La maison à une ambiance de maison de pêcheur, ce n'est pas le luxe d'un palace mais c'est très authentique, très simple, juste fonctionnel. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, da man den Strand quasi vor der Haustüre hat (wir waren in der Hauptsaison dort, weshalb die Strände gut besucht waren, aber man kann immer einen schönen Platz finden). Wir durften Strandstühle und Strandtücher aus der Unterkunft verwenden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das kleine Doppelbett ist für uns wirklich klein in der Länge und besteht aus zwei Matratzen. Für uns (1,90m) hat es gerade gereicht. Maria hat uns äußerst nett empfangen, alles erklärt und uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, vielen Dank! Die Supermärkte sind mit dem Bus ganz gut erreichbar, ansonsten gibt es eine Stellplatz für ein Mietauto.

Labros was an incredibly nice host, super responsive and very easy to get on with. He was great when I arrived and the appartment itself was squeaky clean. He gave me good recommendations for places to go and was always willing to go above and beyond to make my trip easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This place was so cute and fun to stay in! Very quiet and cozy, and a close drive to the Temple of Poseidon. Be sure to use the coordinates given to map out your journey, as Google tried to take us to a different spot with the address. The coordinates were easy to follow to find the house.

We had an a amazing stay at Studio Xanthippe. We were in Kalamos for a wedding and the location was fantastic. We drove to Vlastos and Agi Apostoli several times throughout our stay, and it was very easy. About 10-15 minute drive. And Agi Apostoli is a great town for restaurants etc. Maria was an incredible host! She was very helpful before our arrival, in assisting us to find the house. She made us feel so at home and welcome. She really went above and beyond. The studio itself is beautiful. So comfortable and facilities are fantastic. View is stunning! Perfect little balcony for morning coffee. An easy trip to Kalamos village and a small mini mart for the basics. Cannot fault the experience.

Bezaubernde Aussicht über das Meer von der Terasse, Ruhe und Inspiration zugleich. Unterkunft mit Charme, alles da, was man braucht, gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns gleich zuhause!! Hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Besitzerin, die uns wertvolle Tipps gab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

The villa is absolutely lovely. Very spacious, well equipped and clean. It has lovely gardens which are obviously well cared for, fantastic views of the Saronic gulf from either the balcony at the front or the terrace at the back - which is also a great place to watch the stunning sunsets. The pool is also a real bonus - perfect for a morning swim before breakfast or a relaxing dip after getting back from the beach. Public beaches and tavernas are not really within easy walking distance though, so it's best to have a car if you want to get the most out of your stay. Dita is a wonderful hostess, so kind and welcoming - even providing a little welcome pack which was much appreciated. We stayed as a family of four (my wife and I and our two children - both young adults) and we had a wonderful holiday. The villa really is a lovely place to stay and a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area - being a reasonably short drive from Athens whilst also close to Cape Sounion and all the surrounding beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Maria’s place was fantastic. This small home was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect escape on Aegina. It is set in the back of a much larger property. The hosts live on the property but we felt complete privacy. There are many trees and the sound of the cicadas was very relaxing. The small private pool is the perfect size. Beautifully lit up at night, we were able to barbecue and cook in the kitchen for every meal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook. The house was stocked with clean towels for bathing, swimming and even offered robes. Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend having some means of transportation because it is just slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center of town. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again. One of our favorite Airbnbs for sure!

My wife and I really enjoyed this house. Maria, our host, was an awesome host. She picked us up from the ferry and took us to the house. She provided restaurant suggestions and things to do on Kea Island. The house was clean, comfortable, and the views were incredible. You will need a car to get around here. We would definitely stay here again.

La posizione della casa è incredibile, con affaccio su una piccola baia dal mare bellissimo con spiaggia quasi privata. La zona è molto bella con diversi ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili in macchina velocemente. Anche la disposizione della casa con le due verande e le camere con vista sul mare era perfetta!

Honestly what can I say, the best and most friendliest host ever. He gave us great tips, was always available and even took time to connect us to the neighbours who were visiting for the same event as we were. We can all agree you will not find a more dependable host. Highly recommend you all to stay here. Location, Price, cleanliness and accessibility to the super markets and beach were the standouts

We spent two wonderful weeks at Rena and Stelios’ place in beautiful Nea Makri. They were both so welcoming and kind to us and we felt at home immediately. Our baggage got lost on the way to Athens, which meant we arrived late at night in Nea Makri. That was not a problem. Stelios greeted us when we came. They gave us many suggestions as to what to explore and experience in the area. The beach is only a five minute walk from the house. There are also a string of good cafés and restaurants along the seaside. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Kima. Sidsel and family.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένος, πεντακάθαρος και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και βοηθητική. Μας άρεσε πολύ η θέα και όλες οι προτάσεις για φαγητό κοντά. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα για ήσυχες διακοπές το καλοκαίρι!

This place was great! Easy walk to the beach - 6 minutes! The hosts went above and beyond in accommodating us! Extremely nice people, who made our stay very enjoyable!

The property is well located and has everything you need for a family. it is organised perfectly with all essentials and more. It has all the perks of a hotel but all comfort of an apartment.

We had a wonderful stay, quiet location with relaxing beaches, and local restaurants around. Definitely need a car. It was a little tricky to find initially, but the host gave us lots of instructions and local recommendations. Pool was awesome to cool off in hot summer days.
