Holiday rentals with a balcony in East Attica Regional Unit

We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Vasilis’s place was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and was a lovely space to stay in. The centre was walkable (20-30 mins) but the metro station was very close by and very cheap. Vasilis was an outstanding host- he replied very quickly and was extremely helpful with questions about the accommodation as well as local recommendations. Would definitely book again!!

Alexander’s apartment was great. Located in the heart of Athens, walkable to every site. Lots of good restaurants around, love the fact that there is an elevator so easy to move your suitcase in and out! Super clean , adorable perfect apartment for a gateway! We will definitely come back again.

A very well maintained apartment with a charming little balcony – ideal for two people. The location in Exarchia, a lively and authentic quarter of Athens, is simply perfect: central yet quiet enough to relax. The welcome and communication with Thomas was warm and uncomplicated at all times. We enjoyed our stay in Athens and felt at home in the accommodation. A clear recommendation! Would book this apartment again at any time and very much.

Beautiful apartment that felt like home and had everything you possibly needed. Just a 30 mins walk from the Acropolis with many restaurants and other attractions a walking distance away. Marios was a great host. Highly recommend!

Roi was so helpful from start to finish! The apartment was super fresh and really cozy 😍 we felt right at home straight away. The location couldn’t have been better, with plenty of great bars, cozy cafes and amazing restaurants just around the corner. I can highly recommend staying at Roi’s place if you want a great experience ☺️

Theodore was a very accommodating host, leaving us a booklet with lots of useful information, including personal recommendations, must sees in Athens, and best ways for travel in the city. He also provided us with some phrases to learn in greek which was amazing! The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean and had a beautiful balcony from which we could see the acropolis and the surrounding city. I have nothing but good things to say and would love to come back in the near future! I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you are looking for a comfortable stay and a great/helpful host in Athens 😊

Very nice apartment. Good point to visit Athens on foot. We often came back in the afternoon and could leave to visit again afterwards.

Anna’s place is such a great location. We walked everywhere. If you are reading this review and need a place with a few bedrooms and want to visit the heart of Athens, book this Airbnb. Great communication from the host and lots of recommendations of where to eat and find everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself is beautifully designed with high-end finishes throughout. Every detail shows careful attention - comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and elegant bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Our host provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our Athens experience. Wonderful apartment! Alex was a great host, his apartment was in a wonderful location! We were able to use the Metro from the airport about a 55 minute trip and a 10 minute walk to the apartment. We visited Piraeus while there and were able to access via the Metro. The Acropolis and wonderful restaurants were all within a 20-25 minute walk. The space itself was well laid out with plenty of room! Don's miss the opportunity to stay here!

Very good! the apartment was exactly like the pictures, very clean, very good terrasse and view. The location is close to the port, the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Yannis was extremely helpful/communicative and the location of the space was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. The balcony offered a very special view of the Acropolis as well.

Bill and John’s flat worked out perfectly for us. Nicely appointed and tidy. Alex greeted us and checked us in a bit early. He is incredibly friendly and helpful — one of those people who is instantly likable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. I have never experienced water pressure as fabulous as the shower at this flat. Be careful when turning on the hot water because it gets unbelievably hot. Everything was perfect. The washing machine is very handy. There is not a dryer, but we were able to hang our clothes and they were dry the next morning. The kitchen is well appointed but you will probably go out to eat since there are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The bedroom is on the backside of the flat and faces the incredibly quiet courtyard. The bed is very comfy. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. There is a place on the next corner that sells the best baklava!

As a local boy originally, I'm very familiar with the location, so I knew it'd be exactly what I was after. The place itself was very large, super clean, and with all the great amenities and standard. We were able to leave out bags to pick up later too.
