Keiko and Mike are incredibly kind and generous hosts. They were very responsive and helpful when needed. Our first flight to the island was cancelled due to bad weather and they helped us communicate and arrange with the car rental agency. They also were responsive as we kept them updated with our arrival. The house itself is a beautiful traditional house. The tatami mats were so comfortable and cozy to sleep on, great after a full day hiking in the forest, and the bath and shower were wonderful to bathe in. The kitchen is fully equipped for a long stay and has everything you need for cooking. The location itself is very peaceful and private. One can feel close to the nature surrounding and the natural onsen in the sea nearby is very special. All in all, it was an incredible 3 days in Yakushima at their place.

We had such a lovely stay that we extended an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. Very peaceful, beautiful views, lovely hot springs bath, and cute nearby town. Perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Airi was very kind, responsive, accommodating, and she shared great recommendations!

As the name of the pension suggests, I really stayed still. It was so quiet that I could only hear the sound of birds, leaves hitting, and frogs. There's a robot vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher, so I didn't have to do any work and I rested really well.

Great place to stay in Kyoto!

I stayed in Room 3, a traditional wooden house (the entire building). The two paintings on the walls left a deep impression on me. I’m glad to have spent a wonderful time here.

Ohh, where do I even begin? Runa’s place is an absolute little gem! Tucked away above a charming café, it’s the coziest, cutest space I’ve stayed in, every corner is thoughtfully decorated with such lovely detail. And Runa herself? Just the sweetest! She was always so responsive and incredibly helpful, giving me amazing tips to explore local markets and hidden cafés. The place has everything you could possibly need, and for the price, it’s honestly a steal. Totally in love with this stay, thank you, Runa! 💛 it.

I'm here for the second time on a family trip. The yard is so pretty, it's so nice to have a barbecue, and it's nice that it's quiet! It was convenient and the facilities were clean, so all my family was satisfied ~

I was able to relax in a nice sauna in a private space! What was impressive was the quiet and orderly space that you can't find in the city and the speed of the host's response. There were so many hototogisu, and it was really comfortable to relax while listening to the birds. Also, the host replied immediately, so I was able to relax without worrying. The cost performance was also good.I would like to use it again!

This accommodation is as pictured/described. The location is great; the location was quiet but not too far away from the places we wanted to visit. The owner was very helpful, meeting us when we arrived and explaining everything to us. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

I visited for a family anniversary, and I rested so comfortably.

Busan Yeongdo itself was good, but it was better because of the accommodation!! The view of the listing is really crazy

This place is located in a quiet place in Onna-son. There are 4 toilets, 1 room on the second floor and a spacious living room, and 3 rooms on the first floor. It's enough for a large number of people to stay, and the view of the sea from the house is very beautiful. Outside, there is a jagmy jacuzzi and swimming pool. We are waiting for you again in a beautiful house that is cleanly maintained.

An amazing experience for our first time in chaing mai. The villa manager was very attentive and catered for every need and request. our driver Chai was friendly, flexible and kept us entertained. Overall a lovely start to our trip

The host is very nice and the location is also good to see Gwangan Bridge.You can see the cruise and fireworks at night. I highly recommend staying here. I'll rent it back.👍

The house is really nice and the view is amazing. You are able to get t a hold of the host right away and he is very helpful if you have any questions or request.

It was a fun and valuable stay, full of rich experiences. The building and its facilities are traditional, giving a sense of history, but it was wonderful to see that the space has continued to be used and developed to this day.An environment surrounded by lush trees and flowers, and the experience of manipulating fire.It is a space where you can enjoy the changing sky, such as the morning light, the setting sun, and the night sky full of stars, while spending a very close distance to nature, even on a little cold rainy day or a sweaty weather day.I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the host, Mr. Egakku, and he was very kind to me as I asked about life here.You will also have the experience of openly accepting the unfamiliar and gaining new skills while failing.It is a place where children and adults can spend time together without boundaries and with a rich sense of sensibility.

We had a fantastic stay at this hanok in Bukchon. It was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — easy to walk to local attractions but still quiet at night. The Aircon was great, and everything worked smoothly. A great mix of traditional experience with modern comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Just very 癒された. This is a place that made me glad for hustle and bustle, because how else otherwise could I know to better appreciate the calm I found here? Open-air woodfire onsen. Ikebana and art with explanatory labels in every room. Well-organised library of great reads. A washer-dryer that really does minimise creases (Sharp pls bring this model into SG pronto). An entire fridge section dedicated to chilled glasses?? Come on. Ryunohara provided every modern comfort with more thought and love than my ex-husband could muster. Please do yourself a favour and order meals because Dana is an incredible cook. In chillier weather they'd have a small heater warming your back as you eat; it's good for humanity that such genius was not put to evil. Neither 1000 characters nor my 2-night stay are enough. Although building cairns and generally zoning out at the nearby riverside was plenty enough for me, I will be back - either for a retreat, or with a car so I can explore the wider area.

I booked a stay for my parents and their friends at Lal Kothi — they all had a wonderful time! From the very start when I made the booking, communication with the team of hosts (Swapna, Reggie, and Sameer) was absolutely seamless. During the stay, everything at Lal Kothi was very comfortable. My parents and their friends enjoyed the delicious food at Lal Kothi as well as the incredible views from the balcony! They also made a day trip to Landour — for this, Swapna connected us with a reliable cab service and Sameer gave great suggestions on things to do there! My parents celebrated a milestone anniversary during their stay and for this, the hosts helped me arrange a surprise cake for them. Many thanks to the hosts for ensuring that my parents had a memorable holiday! Highly recommend Lal Kothi for your next holiday!

The house is old Okinawan style, well maintained and nicely decorated. Rey is very environmentally concerned, which felt like a relief after almost a year spent in Tokyo. Finally Iriomote is wild and beautiful, a place where you can reconnect with Nature, its sounds and rhythm. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Ps: We were there with 2 kids of 10 and 8yo, who loved the house which felt like a cabin.

Very nice costal areas. The host is very nice and friendly. The buildings are modernized inside while traditional outside. The yard is pretty and you can enjoy footpath outside.
