Lovely place to stay plenty of local places to take the dog for a walk and within a 20-25 minute drive you could access numerous other places and towns to visit. Lovely stay and place the hot tub was nice to relax in after long days.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well equipped, making us feel right at home. The area and scenery were beautiful, making for the perfect relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights. It was beautifully clean and had everything and more we needed. Such lovely hosts, very responsive should you need them. Great location! Such an easy drive to a lot of places. We visited Whitby, Scarborough, Pickering, Thornton Le Dale and more! All under 1 hours drive away. Cottage is so homely and very welcoming 😊 Amazing that each room has their own en-suite. Beds are so comfy! Downstairs bedroom was great for us with someone in the party having mobility issues. Games room is a fabulous touch! Sauna and hot tub both very clean. Highly recommend to stay here. Thanks for a wonderful stay 🥰

We’ve had the most wonderful time staying here. The Loft is spotless, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The views from the hot tub are breathtaking , it’s genuinely like stepping into a postcard! The perfect location for exploring The Dales. Claire and Neil are very welcoming and thoughtful, providing great recommendations. We’d thoroughly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book again! Thank you for having us x

Really enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect, and I would return if I were back in the area. The location was peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful nature — exactly what I was hoping for. The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Charming and full of character, with fabulous pool and hot tub. Loved our stay with family. Granddaughter filled with excitement throughout our stay.

We had the most beautiful stay — the cottage was peaceful, private, and instantly felt like home. Everything was spotless and smelt amazing, with such a lovely, calming vibe throughout. The decor was gorgeous, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect finishing touch for a truly relaxing weekend. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful details like fresh eggs in the morning and chocolates waiting for us on arrival. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. You can really feel the care and effort put into every part of the stay. I’d absolutely recommend this place — it’s a little gem, and I’d love to return!

What a magical escape! We’ve just spent the most wonderful three days in this beautiful hideaway, and it’s been everything we hoped for and more. Tucked away in such peaceful surroundings, the hideaway was cozy, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home, milk, eggs, fresh bread to name a few. We enjoyed long walks through the Yorkshire countryside. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Thank you for creating such a special retreat.

We had the beer weekend at Charlotte Cottage with our cockapoo! So much space for him to run around. Close enough to Malton we could go for dinner and everywhere is dog friendly! You could have easily stayed in, ordered in or made food and used the numerous facilities at Langton hall. We will be back!

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. The cottage was a perfect haven for a relaxing holiday. The scenery was breathtaking, and we spent much of the time gazing out of the window at the dramatic weather and wildlife. We wished we could have stayed longer! The cottage was perfect for our weekend doing a bike event. It was clean and tidy. We liked the fact we could get the cars off the road.

We had a lovely time at Fuschia Cottage. It felt welcoming and cosy. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and the milk, tea and coffee were welcome. Maybe the addition of some salt and pepper would be good but this is the only suggestion. Kirkbymoorside is very well placed for the coast and the North York Moors. Overall a fantastic stay. We will be back, Im sure.

We are a family of 3 generations and the property suited us perfectly. Excellent location for Ampleforth College and beyond. Helmsley Pickering and further afield. Very easy to communicate with Marian who gets straight back to you when contacted. An excellent property and lovely and warm in winter. Good parking space directly outside the property.

What a stunning location, in the middle of nowhere!, just gorgeous Yorkshire countryside. Thankfully the directions we received from Jacqui were thorough and easy to follow. Our hosts were very responsive and lovely to talk to. The accommodation is cosy and was perfect for us and our dog. Bertie loved the dog field and we had great fun playing in it, and hubby and I had a cheeky bottle of wine one sunny afternoon whilst Bertie explored. The ash tree opposite the lounge is a bird magnet and we saw so many different birds it was fantastic. We enjoyed the local dog friendly beaches, though Runswick bay hill should have a health warning, it is mega steep. The Hare and Hounds in Hawsker did a “reet” good pie. Lots of happy memories made this holiday, thank you sooo much Jacqui and David.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynne’s cottage. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. It is minutes from the Main Street. Lynne was a great host, responsive to our messages and thoughtful. She left us fresh milk and bread, hot chocolate and biscuits. We really enjoyed our time in the cottage and would highly recommend anyone who wanted a restful break!

We were delighted to be be back in Masham again. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s ideal for visiting or walking in the Dales and the many lovely places nearby. The cottage itself is in a great location too - in the corner of the Market place, yet quiet and peaceful. It has everything we could ask for and is very clean and cosy. Thank you Ulicia, we hope to return again before too long!

We had an amazing week it was perfect for the dogs straight out to the Valley Gardens and a good sized, secure garden. Amenities were close to hand including train station and bus stops we didn’t use the car all week. Stunning walks and friendly bars and cafes. The Outlook was an amazing property we can’t recommend it enough. Also check out the spa hotel 🥹

Hi Cath Thank you for a lovely stay in your gorgeous barn. It was perfect for our needs and we had a really lovely time at Bramham. Our horse did well cross country - clear over a big course, but he had 3 show jumps down - not his forte!! I hope your grand-daughter got to see him. What a find! We had such a wonderful stay at this peaceful cottage in near Hebden Bridge. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm. The cottage itself is stunning – beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The interior is gorgeous – thoughtful touches throughout, making it feel very much like a home away from home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (plus an amazing sauna!) Carolyn and Brian were friendly responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the quiet location, which allowed for truly restful nights. It's a pleasant walk into town, making it easy to enjoy everything Hebden Bridge has to offer, while still feeling secluded. We can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Molly’s cottage! We stayed for our 5 year anniversary and it was incredibly serene and peaceful. It was really spacious for 2 people and had everything that was promised. Lots of great music choices for the CD player, great board game options and some great reading material. It was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. The log burner was perfection for a cosy night in. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely be back! X

Old Forge Cottage was very stylish and comfortable. Great open plan downstairs with smart kitchen area, comfy sofa and separate modern shower room. Fabulous spiral staircase to comfy bed on mezzanine level. I loved it! Wrelton is a small village with pub and bus service in beautiful countryside. I walked to Pickering (as buses not frequent), to catch the morning North York Moors Railway train to Whitby (full day). Visited stunning Whitby Abbey and enjoyed exploring all the shops and eateries along bustling cobbled lanes. Bus rides to Kirbymoreside, Helmsley and Thornton le Dale to visit Mathewsons and Baldersons cafe (tasty breakfast and ice cream!). Coastliner bus all across NY Moors to Whitby and another bus all along the coast to Staithes and Saltburn. Olwen is a lovely lady, extremely helpful and communicative.
