Waterfront home w/ private dock & 11x25 boat slip. Only a few minutes to Flat Rock boat ramp & short drive back to the dock. Master bedroom w/ large walk-in shower and double vanity on the main level. The main level also has a second bedroom, second full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room & washer/dryer for guest use. Upstairs is a large loft w/ two twin beds, a queen bed, & smart TV. Enjoy nearby Hideout Country Club for golfing & pool access @ add cost. Stairs required for entry.

Floorplan is open concept with lots of room. Updated appliances. Large back yard. This house is perfect for year-round fun on the water and only 15 minutes to downtown Brownwood. Lake access, golfing, dining, and hiking all within 10 miles. *water level are low, please check for open boat ramps*

Cool and Comfy Lakefront Property with Boat Dock

House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.
