Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Eagle County

Nesteled in a quiet neighborhood in Eagle-Vail we felt right at home at Dany's place. The unit backs-up to a public golf course, lots of great trails like Stone Creek and a wonderful bike path very close. If you want to go into Vail/Lionshead or BC village the bus system is wonderful, very close, easy to navigate and the bus drivers were very helpful and friendly. We loved eating at Ti Amo, and had everything we needed to cook at home and enjoy meals on the deck. There was a tiny hiccup with our check-in, Dany went above and beyond to help us through it. The unit is beautiful and modern, I just wish we were there longer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We were very impressed with our space. Every room is spacious and every room has access to to a br. House is even better than the pictures. The house has would i would call 2 master bedrooms. Everything is organized and in its place. Location is great. There is a Gas station just a block away that has some grocery items. We visited for Snowboarding vacation and looking into booking again during warmer months to enjoy summer activities. Host was readily available and very helpful. We appreciate when Hosts really care about making the best experience for all guests, so thanks Again!

This home was more than we could ever ask for. We loved the location as well as all the top quality utilities, nice linens, new open kitchen and furnishings. There were extra linens and pillows if we needed them and very good quality everything, including the washer and dryer, and dishes. We really like the heated floors and the secured area and we felt right at home. The only thing that could've fit, our family better would be if one of the bedrooms downstairs had two separate beds instead of a queen. We would have loved to have had a hot tub to use, and a blender. The pots and pans are getting too worn and could be replaced, but everything else was provided that we needed. Oh and we loved loved loved the fireplace. Just a beautiful place!

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jeff's home in Edwards! The property was stunning—spacious, cozy, and perfectly set up for a family ski trip. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Jeff's dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and sharing his love for the area with us. It’s clear he genuinely wants to create a memorable experience for his guests. For the price, this location can’t be beat! We really felt like we were living in luxury for pennies on the dollar. Don’t hesitate to book before it becomes super popular and is booked out for months. Jeff and his family’s kindness and hospitality made this trip feel extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We’re already looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in the area. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it. Highly recommend—thank you, Jeff!

We stayed here for a spring break ski trip andnloved it! It was actually a little bigger than we expected! it was close enough to the resort that we could be skiing within minutes, but far enough away to be affordable and quiet. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The host was very proactive in communicating and check-in was seamless. We would love to stay again in the future!

Our stay was fantastic. Tessa was very communicative in preparation of our arrival and remained responsive throughout our stay. We had no issues while there - the house was immaculate and the views/location (trail in the backyard) were breathtaking. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing two bedroom condo with full kitchen and a bath. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and there was a beautiful neighborhood across the street with a lovely waterfall for a short hike. In addition, it is within EASY walking distance to a running/hiking trail that leads to Vail. Just Beautiful 🙏 🙏

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Comfortable, nice and clean and looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed watching it snow over the Gore creek and easy access to lifts via the city bus.

Great place. Updated nicely. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Close to bus stop. Perfect for a crew of 4-5.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it very much! It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Just right for a weekend getaway. Right on the golf course but very peaceful and quiet. We were able to ride our bikes to restaurants and all over the area.

Very quiet accommodations. Easy access from parking spot. Comfortable furniture. All was good.

10/10 experience! Jen was super helpful and responsive. Her home is the most perfectly located for all possible adventures - easily accessible to Glenwood Springs, Aspen, cycling trails (we spent a lot of time on the Rio Grande) and a Whole Foods only 5 mins away. I feel like this Airbnb is what was Airbnb was meant to be - an incredible way to experience a place, in a beautiful community, hosted in such a personable way! Jen had thought of everything including a few snacks. We will definitely be back!

This place was by far the best location in Vail we have ever stayed at and we have been coming for 20 years off and on. The view itself cannot be beat! The patio/ porch is amazing. You will have a view of the Bavarian inspired Village and feel like you hav been transported to Europe. Walk out the door and you are steps away from Skiing/ Gondola or Events like we were just at for the GoPro MountainGames. Parking at Lionshead Garage was convenient but not cheap. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice stay for a weekend ski trip, short walk to the gondola nice view. Douglas was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay at the condo. Checking in was easy, the place was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and nice. We especially loved the shuttle to the Beaver Creek gondola for skiing (pick up and drop off right at the condo elevator doors), and relaxing in the facility's hot tubs/sauna in the evenings! We were also able to easily walk into town (~10-15 min) to get dinner/coffee.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christy's cute little condo in Avon. It is small, but perfectly set up so that you never feel like it's cramped, just cute. It's adorably decorated, but not cluttered, and super clean. The bathroom was fabulous; plenty of space in the small kitchen, and room and supplies to cook, if you were so interested. It is minutes from the gondola and bus for Beaver Creek, and steps from coffee shops, walks along the Eagle River and groceries. Christy was so friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. We can't wait to go back!!

Jordan’s place was unforgettable—cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the slopes. The mountain views were breathtaking, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming. It was the ideal blend of comfort and adventure, making our trip relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend for a perfect Vail getaway!

We had a great stay at Sheryl’s condo. We felt right at home with plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 young adult kids. Having the 2 beds upstairs in the loft with a bathroom for them made it so nice. Also, the setting is quiet and beautiful! And Sheryl was very gracious and accommodating and very responsive. She’s a great host! And the skiing was awesome too!

my friend and i stayed here for a week for my birthday trip in june, the place was perfect for the two of us. the apartment is a good size and right by vail village, 8 minute drive. the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised by the two robes we were able to use! the pool and hot tub are right nearby, the hot tub didn't work unfortunately when we tried to use it. however, the location is great for so many different things in the area and we were very happy with our stay! its very peaceful and beautiful, definitely recommend this place for others
