Bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. Loft with room for double bed. Balcony with dining area and ski storage. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located beautifully above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to go by bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or boards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country cycling. If you have any questions, call us and ask.

It is an amazing house with incredible views and surroundings. Easy access to the slopes at the back of the house. We had a great stay and we will for sure rent Pamela’s house again. She is very responsive and very helpful. We would highly recommend this house for other families.

We stayed for ten days in this house during the month of August 2024. We had a double bed, and each child had their own room. House, very clean, with everything necessary to live for several days. Close by car to shops and access to the various activities possible in the resort. Host very available when we had questions. A very good stay, we recommend this house!

We were able to check in super spontaneously (within an hour). Nils responded quickly, and fortunately, we had a place to stay overnight. It was clean and the bed was especially cozy!
