This house was a great fit for our family. Close to our friends and favorite locations. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. Everything worked as it should without the need for instruction (including the TV). Neighborhood is excellent and cannot be matched for the price.

Destiny was a great host to me and my family. We enjoyed the home and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The home was very nice, spacious, and clean. The photos were on point. I would highly recommend for anyone reading the reviews to give this home a chance.

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed the little house and the neighborhood. Several cool pockets of town with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Adam and Kiki are wonderful hosts. Friendly and fun! The house is stocked with many extras. If you find this gem, rent it!! I will absolutely stay here again.

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

This place was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I judge by the mattress and I can say my back is pain free today! Aldo was nice and even let us know that it would be ready for early check in if we needed it. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was super clean. I will be booking here again! It’s really close to great dining and shopping, as well. ***Thank you for being a 5 star host! ***

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

Second time staying in the studio, it’s perfectly appointed for the space. Super clean, cute, and modern. Murray Hill is one of my favorite Jacksonville neighborhoods. Friendly neighbors and dog friendly with a great park right down the street. Definitely recommend!

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. Great vibes, awesome restaurants and felt private and cozy at the home. Gary & Rachael were wonderful hosts! The unit was spotless, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully maintained. The building is a bit older, but you don’t feel that at all inside, it felt brand new, cozy, and really nice. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the gated entry and having the parking spot right at the door. The pull-down Murphy bed was super easy to set up and put away daily, and the mattress topper made it very comfortable. I loved the surprise ocean and pier view from the couch, thanks to a lower sand dune in front of the unit. The property also has direct beach access, a pool, and washer/dryer units (though I didn’t use them). I had a few questions, including when I first arrived and had a little trouble getting in, and the hosts responded quickly each time. They also shared great local tips. I came looking for a quiet place to write, and this was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely stay again!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
