I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to places. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-kept place to stay!

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

Julie’s place was perfect for our quick visit to Jacksonville. It was walking distance to a great coffee shop and bakery, and close to the airport. The place was very clean and comfortable - with a dreamy couch! We highly recommend Julie’s place if you are staying in Jacksonville!

Waylon’s place was awesome!! He made my daughter birthday sleepover a memorable one. Waylon is very responsive and the placed looked just like the pictures!

super convenient stay. location was perfect! it was literally 20-25 minutes from everything major. there was great restaurants in the area. the host was very informative, communicative, and was even kind enough to provide a suggestion/local info book in the house. very private, friendly, and calm neighborhood.

Don't doubt this property. it was amazing. It was very clean,easy to find, in a great location, and it was quite. the home felt like my own. I looked and could not find any substantial problems with this home. The 3 bathrooms were great. the air conditioner was cold and hell the hot water was hot. it has a Ice maker with a water spout in the refrigerator that tastes like spring water. it was well work the the money and out host were so nice. I love this place

By far, one of the best Air BNBs I’ve stayed In! The host was very accommodating and we loved everything about this house! The kitchen was absolutely amazing, the AC worked great and the place was insanely clean! The waterfall shower was amazing! The place was in a very nice location and it also felt very safe and peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

This house was everything you could hope for! The beds alone were a dream to sleep in, we were amazed how comfy they were. The host put so much thought and detail into everything, such as the labels, the towels, the wood for the fire or the recommendations of restaurants and nightlife. We were celebrating a birthday and the pool was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience, thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This place is great! Essentially oceanfront. The host was responsive and you can tell they care for their guests. The only issue is parking, they have five spots for several units and it’s first come first serve, otherwise you have to use the public access parking, which is plentiful on slow beach days but gets packed on busy weekends. Otherwise I highly recommend.

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.
