Come stay in the citys best location. Easy to get to Times Square, Central Park and all places of attraction in New York City. Such as the Seaport, Statue of liberty. Near film studios, beer gardens, distilleries, museums, rooftop lounges. supermarkets, diners, amazon delivery to place. The flat is shared and is on first floor. It’s only 3 stops away from the city. Take the N W or R train which are each 3 blocks away and voila super easy and convenient and we are 12mins away from LGA airport.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. This room with queen bed is in a 2 bedroom, I occupy the other bedroom. The apt is close to the train station that can take you to midtown Manhattan in just 5 minutes! Only one stop away from the city without the high city cost. You’ll love my place because of the location, how easy and quickly you can get into Manhattan, as well as the privacy your bedroom offers in the apartment. My place is great for individuals here on vacation or for business. There is Free WIFI in the apartment.

My stay at Sheila's was wonderful. I am glad that after a long search I came across her beautiful home. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt the wonderful homey atmosphere. Sheila is an amazing person! If I would ever visit New York, I would choose to stay at Sheila's again. Communication with Sheila before and during my stay went smoothly. The area around the house is very safe, even after dark I felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, as well as a subway station. If you are considering staying at Sheila's house, I highly recommend it.

Julien’s place is well located in a quiet neighborhood in Astoria but with Manhattan only a quick subway ride away. There’s a large grocery store 5-min walk away which makes things easy. The room is sparkling clean, and the private bathroom comes with your own washer and dryer, which is extremely convenient if you travel more than a couple days. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need. Julien is very kind and helpful. Would love to come back someday.

Generally people will say as the host, give me five stars and I’ll give you five as a guest , even though I could be worth five stars, the place might only be worth three but Andy‘s place is really really nice and clean. It’s close to the subway station going into Manhattan and the ride into Manhattan is probably only 15 or 20 minutes so it’s really convenient. Close to Andy’s Street are many shops and restaurants so you can eat there or in Manhattan but also Andy has a kitchen which is unusual from most Airbnb‘s and it was super clean with the refrigerator and dishes even though there was a refrigerator in my room, I just used the one in the kitchen to keep some Yoghurt and fruit cold. It was nice to be able to sit and eat quietly . it’s just a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to visit New York and I would stay here again. Andy is a great host and I feel it is a safe area for solo females also because it’s a nice residential family area.
